β β β β β We cannot recommend this hotel enough. The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The hotel manager went above and beyond to help us sort out our transfers and we were most grateful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

β β β β β Stayed there one night. The room was fine however it smelt of sewage the moment we walked through the door. We thought we would air the room while we went for dinner which helped a little but when we came to shower we realised there was a problem with the water which smelt as soon as we turned on the shower or tap. We've been warned the water on the Greek Islands isn't always the best but we'd stayed in 4 other hotels prior to this and not experienced anything like it. We couldn't use the water to shower or brush our teeth, the taste and smell wasn't pleasant at all. We had to catch a flight so didn't have time to complain and no need to demand another room but it would put us off staying again.

β β β β β Super good location, a little up, but 7min walking to the other end of mykonos city, so basically nothing, very nice interior design, good service, lovely terrace, one in front of the hotel, one is a hidden rooftop if you walk all stairs up at room 214 with a beautiful sunset even in November! Very good breakfast with homemade cakes, highly recommend!

β β β β β We had a great stay at the Elena Hotel. We knew in advance that the bathrooms would be small and laid out sort of funny, and that the wifi in the rooms wasn't so strong. But the price was great, the staff was lovely, and the room we had was perfect (not including the bathroom). Would recommend others to stay for sure!

β β β β β Way too expensive for what you get! 150β¬ for very small, smelly room in ground floor facing only outside hallway! Bathrooms are really old and need refurbishment badly! Personnel at reception uncaring and listless. Well situated. Still: Total rip-off, do not go to this hotel!

β β β β β Highly recommend the hotel the staff is very accommodating and the rooms are well equipped with all the necessities including water on the hot summer days. The breakfasts are fresh and maintain all the covid guidelines allowing for a safe meal. Recommend for anyone wanting to be close to the city center while still having a peaceful night.
