ふざけてる。 日本から予約して行ったのに受付はなく、誰もいません。 現地で電話をかけなければいけない仕組みです(電話でチェックイン)。 しかも予め教えてもらっていた番号は使われていませんでした。 近くに住む女性に助けてもらえなければ泊まることができませんでした。 設備も悪いし、泊まる人のことを全く考えていません。 絶対に泊まってはいけません！ HIS 津田沼店で予約し、宿代に対し安くない手数料をとられました。帰国後状況を訴えましたが、「現地に確認します」の一点張りでのらりくらりかわされ、結局なんの賠償もありませんでした。 二週間以上たってようやく確認がとれたと報告された内容は全く事実と異なり、「事実と違う」と訴えましたがそれ以降音沙汰もありません。 不誠実で適当、最低な旅行代理店ですので、予約を取る際は皆さん気をつけて下さい。

Do not go there. I repeat do not go there. This place is a trash hole. There are not curtains on the shower.,not blankets, no heater, no reception and upstairs kids are playing and making loud noises. The azzurro Travel. Agency who is the owner has very rude employees.

First day ok, de arrive on the moorning and de leave our staff and de went to the beach, when we came back, we had a shower and then there was water on every single place on the room, it was a river, literally, it was coming out, and then it was block... so a disaster! We ask for help and... they give me mop...... every days the same... so, we just use their towels and put it on the floor so the water don't come out of the bathroom... ok, it's a very cheap place but... come on, that's basic!!!!!!! Not recomended!!!!! Look for another one, you can go by motor bike everywhere!!!!

The hotel is nowhere near it's advertised location. It's impossible to find out it's location until you get to Mykonos, wander around forever and find that it's not where it's supposed to be and eventually get your hands on a local phone to call the number. Reception is actually a travel agency who asks you to meet them at their office. The travel agent then takes you to the 'hotel' on a scooter one by one. There is no reception at the hotel, it's halfway up a huge hill and not in the town center where it's supposed to be. The room is ok but one of the pillows is extremely hard and clumpy - I ended up throwing it onto the floor and sleeping without. There's nowhere to place the shower head so you have to hold it the entire time. The water pressure is ridiculous. Finally there is in fact no free airport transfer as advertised and sold with the booking. We asked the rude man as he was dropping us off the scooter at the room and he said "oh no you have to let us know a day in advance". We immediately said well this is one day before. He told us that there were taxis which went there and we should take one of those. We said but it's supposed to be included and he just shook his head and drove off. Do not stay here.
