β β β β β Just a great surprise for the whole hotel. The location was at the heart of the old city, but still close to eg the bus terminal. I had hoped a room on the upper floors and got it from the top floor. Spectacular views of the snow-capped (Chania!) Mountains. The hotel reception was the woman and the table at the end of the entrance. However, it was more than enough. Friendliness and professionalism were more than enough.
The room was modern, spacious, clean and well maintained. Free wifi works great. The quality of the bed was good. Good breakfast still crowned everything.
Must visit another time.?

β β β β β Doesn't feel like a 2-star hotel at all! I think it's definitely worth the price with great value. A good selection for breakfast, and the staffs are helpful. My boyfriend broke his toe on a hike in the gorge, and the front desk was helpful to provide ice and a luggage person to carry our luggages to the car when checking out. I highly recommend this place, and would stay here again if I come back to Chania for visit.

β β β β β Through we were originally put in a smaller room than we'd reserved, the issue was quickly cleared up. The woman who cleans the rooms didn't speak English, but that didn't stop her from being so sweet and caring! Reception was also very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a nice assortment of options, too!

Rooms are very clean , comfortable beds, in the old center near the harbour ,
Breakfast ! So many things to choose from .Friendly Georgia makes a speciality every day ( apart from all the other special food) , today mini dakos ?
