Σ	Σπυριδουλα Τσακαλακη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι καθώς παραβιάστηκε η ιδιωτικότητα μας από άτομο του ξενοδοχείου 2 ώρες πριν την αναχώρηση μας . Αυτή η συμπεριφορά παρόλο που ήταν κατά λάθος εκμηδένισε όλα τα θετικά του ξενοδοχείου . Σίγουρα το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο , καθαρό και σε καλό σημείο αλλά δεν παυει να συνέβη αυτό που προανέφερα . Προς τιμήν τους ομωσ μου προσέφεραν μια δωρεάν διαμονή για να επανορθώσουν για το λάθος τους We were not happy as our privacy was violated by a hotel person 2 hours before our departure. This behavior even though it was accidentally nullified all the positives of the hotel. Sure the room was spacious, clean and in a good location but what I mentioned above kept happening. In their honor, however, they offered me a free accommodation to make up for their mistake

K	Kalle Grabowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is really noisey, in terms of music and people on the street and in terms of other guests in the hotel. you hear every step and voice. the balkony of our room was a joke. it was on the ground floor next to the main door with view to a parking space. when you leave food in the room even in a bag, ants come over and get it. I do not recommend this hotel.

The room was cleaned daily, fresh towels, amazing comfortable double bed (we selected the double room), shower was great also the hair dryer, we also got a iron for our weeks stay! The location is perect, opposite the market and next door u have a supermarket and pharmacy. Parking outside if u rent a car (this is a must when you visit Chania). Its within 2 min walk to all the shops and restaurants - i will 100% return to this hotel. We came in October 19-26 and slept with all the doors and windows open. I highly recommend it here xx

As we speak with an other friend in an other room he saids the same thing... The aircondition ia also out of work and In their policy they asked for us to pay in the chek in.. The girl at the reception was kind but that was the only good thing alongside with the location..

s	soumaya soussi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From where to start, me and my partner stayed for one night, we took a superior room with a jacuzzi, it was fantastic but had no balcony (since i smoke) but with a little call to the reception they managed to give us a room with a balcony, it wasn't as perfect as the superior but it was beautiful with a big balcony and a jacuzzi, rooms were very clean and that coffe machine made our morning. Breakfast was delicious and georgia was very kind and showed us around. Thank you for this beautiful experience we will be coming back and recommending you for sure ❤
