★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New hotel in convenient location. The staff is so kind and helpful. Special thanks to kitchen staff. However, the noise isolation of the rooms are poor. We've been waken up after the midnight by noisy group of guests having joyful and loud conversations in the lobby for more than an hour. The receptionist was too much kind to ask them to be quiet, so we ourselves had to go down and ask for some peace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This modern hotel is conveniently located about 15 minutes drive from Chania and relatively close to all the best beaches on the west coast of Crete.
The staff are very friendly, especially the 2 women in charge of breakfast, who are really adorable and always do their best to please you. Thank you very much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little hotel on the outskirts of Chania, 10 minutes into town by cab, or also you can take a bus right around the corner.
The rooms were clean, very close to the beach and the one staff we talked to most (Jana, does breakfast AND services the room, all by herself) was truly the most wonderful and caring woman, completely overworked but still exceeded our expectations!!!
Pool was also really nice to relax in and hang out with friends, clean and fun!
Also, try the pita grill right across, amazing food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The real five star reason is the staff here. Lia at front desk reception was absolutely wonderful. She helped us with so many plans and details - from excellent restaurant recommendations to bus timetables and so much more. She made our stay here special. The lady at breakfast was so friendly and welcoming and the cleaner was a wonderful person too. The hotel is clean, modern with high standard of finishing. Excellent breakfast, gorgeous pool and deck chairs. Perfect location. Thanks to all the staff!
