Great hotel for the price. The view from the balcony is nice, but the road in front can be a little bit noisy when outside. The beds are nice and the room was clean. Modern bathroom, but the toilet doesn't flush more than once every 15 minutes.

Very nice and clean rooms and right across from the sea. Hotel staff is very welcoming and doing everything they can to make your accomodation as pleasant as possible. Only drawback is the quite busy main road. If the window is closed, you can barely hear it.

Hospitality like no where else! My girlfriend and I checked into this hotel around 3am where Nick, the owners son waited patiently for us to arrive so he could go home for the night. After a 3 hour flight and a 2 hour drive from Hereklion airport Nick showed us to our room and was on his way. Blown away that there was a jacuzzi inside of our room we decided to take her for a spin and was not disappointed. *VERY IMPORTANT* use caution to not over fill the jacuzzi, just over the jets is best. We had a flood issue when we drained the jacuzzi. We cleaned up the mess our selfs and got in contact with Nick. He came back at 330am to make sure everything was fine. He gave us extra towels, apologized for the inconvenience and promised it would be fixed tomorrow and it was. The next day we got to meet the owner of the hotel who also owns the restaurant just downstairs and he was just as kind and helpful as his son. We were in a rush to head out for excursions and he made us breakfast cooked, bagged and ready to go in 10 min with Togo cups of Fresh squeezed orange juice and a latte. We ate the Kalamki breakfast (typical American plate) here every day we stayed, highly recommended. The following night we had dinner here and it was superb! We had the Kleftika and the ... ********** To make up for the jacuzzi issue Nick offered us some drinks on the house and damn they were good! Highly recommend his special Dark mojitos. The restaurant sits right on the beach so views are breathtaking and service is impeccable. This is a family business that treat their guests like one of their own. Nick and Stephen were wonderful hosts and very knowledgeable with great suggestions for excursions and even other restaurants! The beds were very comfortable, towels soft and the views from the bed and shower were 5 stars. Sleeping with the windows open on the beAch side is highly encouraged if the sound of crashing waves is your thing! The hospitality was like nothing I’ve ever experienced. I would love to stay here again and I couldn’t recommend it enough. One thing to be mindful of is this hotel does not have a 24 hour staff but someone is always available within 15 min. The room we stayed in has 3 very large glass pane doors that provide adequate air flow but if you would like to use the air conditioning make sure all 3 doors are closed. They have sensors that inhibit the AC from working in order to conserve electricity.

Positive: The room was comfortable and very user-friendly. Very clean and spacious room with an amazing hot tub. Staff was friendly, polite, and extremely helpful.. Negative: Nothing! We loved everything..

Positive: Great spot and beautiful room, pretty much like in the photos. Great atmosphere. Roula was exceptional and so helpful!!. Negative: The pricing of the restaurant seemed to change for several items (e.g. coffee) every day :D we didn’t think much of it the second time it happened, but were a bit confused after it constantly kept on changing. Insanely good food though and still very worth it..

Positive: Our stay at the Kalamaki Luxury Suites could not have been better. The room was just as beautiful as it is in the photographs! The hotel is right on the beach and the connected restaurant makes very tasty food for fair prices. The staff at the Kalamaki Suites was very friendly and even gave us their phone number in case we had questions or concerns on her day off. There is nothing bad to say about this hotel :). Negative: Everything was great!.

Positive: Decent size room, high standard of cleaning, beautifully decorated, location could not be better. Just at the beautiful beach with great restaurant. But the most amazing were people. Does everyone in Chania is so friendly as Roula and team at the restaurant? Looking forward to back to Kalamaki Luxury Suites. Negative: Absolutely everything was perfect.

We booked 4 nights and extended our stay to 7 nights in this hotel. Stefanos and his team did a great job in hosting us, very friendly and always open to help us out with any questions we had. Communication by WhatsApp was super practicable. As we were the first guests after reopening the Hotel, Stefanos was so kind to give us an upgrade to a room with sea view. Our room was just as pictured, modern and nicely furnished, clean and very spacious (high ceiling, enough storage, toilet with extra sink,...). There is a restaurant right next door, which also belongs to Stefanos family, our favorite was the sea bass filets with a side of grilled veggies and potatoes. The small beach bay is just in front of the hotel (also very suitable for children, because it's easy to keep them in your view). We spent some evenings on the sun beds (they are for free if you stay at the hotel, otherwise 7 Euros) und enjoyed our strawberry daiquiris. We liked that from this location we could go everywhere (Chania/Rethymno/Balos Beach/Elafonisi/Palm Beach Preveli/Kapsaliana Village..) very easily by car, but we were still a bit outside of the city. Price-Value you're getting here is in our opinion very good.
