★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for three days. Not even a single hour of decent internet connection. Parking around is also difficult.
Located on one of the main roads the noise in also something to mention.
However the staff is friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot recommend at all. Our toilet wasn't working from the very first day and the staff didn't react in any way before we raised our voice. Room service does nothing but change the towels: no floor cleaning, no dish washing (there is no equipment to wash them yourself) etc. Also the lighting is so dim that in the evening time it's impossible to organize your clothing for example, and the light of the kitchen isn't working at all. Beds are solid as bedrock. The stream in the shower is so weak that cleaning your body becomes an art. Only pros are working air conditioning and a complimentary bottle of wine to sink your sorrows in. I strongly suggest: book any other hotel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice rooms, price-sevice-relation perfect. Breakfast intercontinental, everything you like. Staff very friendly, always helpful. Clean, near the city, unexpected ocean-view from the balcony. Suitable as well for families or groups as large rooms are available. We'll Comeback back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpful (for example they gave scales for luggage) staff, clean rooms, breakfast plentiful. Although with open windows a lot of noise seeps in from the street and the pool is small and shady. The beach and the old town are a few minutes walk away. Unfortunately parking is very difficult in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in hotel 8nights, and saw that customer service at hotel was incredible. They solve all our proplems and were happy to help to find best restaurants and bars when we asked. Hotel was clean and had nice pool, and location couldnt be better: walk distance almost everywhere in Rethymno. Little minus were poor soundproofing at rooms, and at night time, streets had some noise, so i recomend to take earplugs with you. And ac heat pump location could be better, it was hard to get bedroom cool without draft in bed. And best part was, that we booked this room before covid 19, and they gave to us voucher, and we had chance to use it after two years.
