★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice clean room. Excellent view overlooking old port of Rethymno, the beach. Enjoy watching the sunset from the balcony (and the sunrise if you are an early bird). Walking distance to the old town but without the bar noise.. Some road noise in the morning... recommend when you wake up dot wash up... just put on your bathing suit and dive in the sea. Definetely recommend for a short stay in rethymno...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location for beach and old town plus reasonably priced. First location impressions may put you off but apartmemt offers everything you need at a good price. Overlooks marina and main road therefore can be a little noisy from traffic (use earplugs if you are a light sleeper). Bed very comfy. If driving there are streets behind that are free for parking. Buy a €9 to €10 parasol and use the marina side of beach to avoid organised sunbed area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked this through HomeAway thinking it would be a private apartment. This is a small hotel near the water. The room is fairly small and dated. The kitchenette has most things you would need. The bed is very comfortable and the views at night are amazing. The patio faces the ocean. The doors to the patio are very sound proof if closed you barely hear the street life. The room rates apparently change daily. There is a "special tax" they collect from you after you check in and pay all your bills. Roughly 1 euro a night.
Pros: walkability to old town , beach, harbor, market across the street, maria's kitchen restaurant 200 feet away
Cons: High tourism area, prices around the area are high, no parking, hotel staff only here 1000-1400 hrs. Towels and linens are exchanged every 2 days apparently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's just the start of our stay but the staff are lovely. It's really close to the centre and we've got a spacious room with great views of the sea. The beach is just across the road and it's not noisy at all (but we are staying during the low season). Comfortable bed, traditional decor, old style lift and nearby free parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very nice and modern accommodation for a good price with ocean views on the balcony and all kinds of water equipment rentals on the beach.
It is in the newer part of the town and only a few blocks to the old part, I would definitely stay here again. It has a full kitchenette, dining table and chairs, comfortable bed, lots of closet space, a safe, tv, air conditioning and more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon arrival that was about 16:30 the main door was open with no staff, an envelope with name on it and set of keys to the room.
The room smelt of damp and drains.
The bedding had plastic as a cover it was all ripped and tatty. The shower room is so small it leaked really bad every time you had a shower.
The wardrobe door won't close.
The balcony had a plastic netting on it with blocked your view when sat down.the room was supposed to be Panoramic executive residence with sue views this was not so.
The staff were nice but would not recommend this place at all. There's so much better out there.
