M	Mihai G Manea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad food, no parking area, no Wi-FI in the rooms, bathroom very small and dirty, AC in the lobby doesn't work even when outside are over 30 degrees Celsius,. The TV is probably from Achiles's time and receives only one channel in greek language. The AC in the room is old and damaged. The food is kept from one day to another. Is warmed next day in the morning. The salad is not washed. The tomatoes from the dinner is mixed with cheese and delivwred next morning at breakfast! The cheapest beans in the world is extracted from the can, heated and delivered as a main course... The only things good for eat, and probably safe, is turkish sweets - baklava - and the lemon which was delivered only after few people ask for it many times. Avoid this place if you can!

There was no cold water for two days, it was durty and dusty everywhere. When I came back from the beach I didn't have a chance to take a shower. The food was awful and the fruits were unripe! I think this is the last place iI will go on a vacation again!

They had some problem with the boilers and change them but again the same problem, 4 nights same food (meat with very strange taste and most probably leftovers who knows were they are coming from). The rooms need immediate renovation especially the toilet. The towels are over used and not looking clean like they should be. Please clean the rooms better, under the bed you get staff from the previous guest in the entire season. Friendly advice if you are coming by car, park your car and don't move it, we wasted hours trying to find parking space in Chanioti. This "hotel" deserves 0 stars but unfortunately there is not an option here.

When I asked the staff what's happening at 6 pm on the same day, there was no explanation and not even an apology. The receptionist suggest me to use the publick bath as a solution. The food has absolutely no taste. Most of the dishes were made for Russians..but not all of us are from Russia, don't you think? The WiFi was a disaster. Am I paying for a hostel or FOR A HOTEL SERVICE???? Be careful when you book here and if you decided to do so, be sure that your money will go to waste!!

The hotel and the personnel were extra friendly and nice, the rooms are kept clean on a daily basis. The guests have full freedom to sit and engage throughout the hotel balconies and shared areas. The food was extraordinary as well, home cooked and delicious!
