ELTA team helped and send me all relevant documents (even Director was involved in the case) and help me to win the claim and get a full refund. Every employe contacted for the case was polite and patient to help me the most for which reason i give 5-star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open whenever there needs, classic public phone does NOT answer, they sent me an SMS to call them and it is FAX! An atomic bomb with them dead is imposed for the good of Greece and humanity. Anything else is considered unfair and mostly unappropriate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The security woman in the front was very pleasant to begin with!! This was my first time going alone in a post office so she guided me through!! There were barely any people and I waited around 5-6 minutes, which isn’t a big deal. The postal worker was friendly and very informative.. no complaints here! Bravo
