★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though my visit was on rainy days, it was a wonderful hotel room, balcony has nice view, service was perfect, and fast access to most areas through the bus ( you have to walk till university stop).

Wery nice and clean room, comfortable for family with 2 children, the staff kind and frendly! Breakfast gorgeous with plenty of options.
Location great, in quiet neighborhood but still near the city! We highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to stay for a business trip in Ioannina. The room had all the necessary precautions for Covid and was super clean. The owners and staff were very polite and helpful. I need to come back when covid is gone to enjoy the pool as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great room, big, clean and modern. And the breakfast was good too. For Greek standards really good. So I can't understand people who would say otherwise :)
Also, there was a comment that some kitchen supplies were expected and not in the room. But this is a hotel room not an apartment, that's a big difference. The kitchen and refrigerator were a bonus for us. Although we missed a kettle in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I was visiting Ioannina and recommended from friends to stay at hotel Ellopia, so I have only to say that I had the most brightly stay and even one of the most relaxed massage of mr. Dimitrios and especially it was so friendly and so clean. The director of this hotel was so amazing and professional. Every question I could imagine was answered with love. I will definitely recommend whenever somebody is in this neighborhood to stay there as we are very difficult customers. Hey
