★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is excellent. The people working there are very helpful,friendly and polite. The room was more than perfect! Very easy to get there with available parking. The breakfast was very good. In conclusion one of the best places to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place , cozy with very kind and available staff . Owner put you immediately at ease. For anything you can count on them. Modern, comfortable and warm room . In the morning you can't be in-satisfay from breackfast , riched and varied . Finally the strategic position allow you to achieved very the center and the university in few minutes .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambitious hotel with a lot of flaws (e.g. broken door openers, dirty/empty pool). Good and extensive breakfast buffet. Gentle staff with limited privileges has to ask the manager regarding every question. Location nearby the ring road of Ioannina and close to city centre (approximately 10 minutes by car). Good massages (additional payment) are available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay was perfect! The room was amazing, so spacious and cosy. The bed was super comfortable! The hotel is nice with a nice pool. The breakfast has one of the biggest selections I’ve ever seen! The staff was thoughtful, super kind and very helpful. They gave us fantastic suggestions too! The only thing is, if you want to use the spa make sure you book it in advance! It is not in the centre of town which makes it calmer as Ioannina is quite lively and if you have a car, it takes 10min to get there. I would definitely come back!
