β β β β β Beautiful, new boutique hotel in centre of Elounda. Ultra modern rooms and architecture. Superb pool area, hewn out of natural rockfall. Staff very friendly and attentive.

The hotel is very nice, staff cleaning every day your room and all place in hotel. The pool is very very clean. I recommend! :)

β β β β β Together with my with we've chosen Elounda Orama as a place where we'd wanted to spend our Honeymoon and it was the best choice we could have made.
Hotel has amazing panoramic view on the bay - I strongly recommend you to take a room with a view on the sea.
Hotel is very modern and clean and has this romantic vibe; great place for couple or someone who is βlooking for a bit of intimacy.
There are two bars (one placed on the roof of the building with astonishing view, second next to the pool) and great pool with jacuzzi. Again, it has very intimate atmosphere and it's a bit hiddedn from the city, placed beautifully and quiet.
Food was very good and varied. There was plenty of options to choose from - a lot of for meat-eaters but also for vegetarians. I strongly recommend trying out local vegetables and fruits served in restaurant.
Most importantly: crew running the hotel is simply amazing. Their hospitality is out of this world and you feel wecome from day 1, starting from check-in. On top of that staff is very responsive and seems to genuinely care if you are good during the stay which is something I've never expirienced before in my life. Thank you guys for that - I made our stay exteremely special; we will never forget it and we will be come back for sure at some point.

β β β β β Worst experience of our lives: Rooms dusty and old. Shower had mold in it. Food (buffet) was just bad. Swimming pool had cloudy water it and they played disco music there all day long. There is nothing boutique about this hotel. We decided to cut short our stay and leave 2 nights earlier even though we had paid for the full trip. They said they would refund us for the last 2 nights but then after we checked out and left, they sent an email to Expedia to deny our refund. Basically lied to our faces. Stay far far far away from this hotel!

β β β β β Rooms are on the smaller side but works okay for having all the necessities and a huge balcony.
The location is in the heart of the city (small city).
Car park is behind the hotel at Elounda heights, steep hill to drive so be ready for the challenge. Not that difficult.
The elevators are small but it works. There are a lot of stairs if you live the exercise.
The pool was well designed but with a weird green color when I was there. It is like swimming in a lake. Has a kids area and lots of sun beds.
Reception and bar Staff are super friendly.
Kitchen and restaurant seems a little busy and the food is average. Nothing spectacular to celebrate or criticise. 2 out the 3 nights was 7/10 and one night was a 5/10 for the dinner. The breakfast was a 6/10 all days.
Good for a short 2-3 day stay. Rooftop gym was awesome.

β β β β β Amazing boutique hotel with excellent staff trying their best, so you feel special. Great outdoor pool with beds and umbrellas. Delicious and variety of food for both breakfast and dinner. Lovely views from the rooftop bar and the room. Very good location for beach and local restaurants. Highly recommend this small and cozy hotel. Wish my wife and I could stay longer. Thank you to all the staff of Orama Hotel!
