food was very poor every day chicken quarter no snack bar no attraction for adults and kids main pool opening 10.30am only small pool opening early but no chance get space not recommended with infants everywhere stairs and mountains Staff absolutely perfect rooms clean all good

We recently visited this hotel for our moneymoon/family moon. The location is in the middle of no where and very very hilly. I noticed when we booked it did say about not suitable for people with mobility issues but I went with it anyway but even my husband and children struggled hugely! The view it’s self it’s absolutely breathtaking and we enjoyed waking up every morning to it. The hotel its self is average. The first room we got put in we was kept up for 2 nights by dogs. (Which are on site but not owned by the hotel) non stop barking till 3/4 in the morning which also occurs all day too. Eventually we got moved because non of us slept! So if you do visit I suggest you ask to be at the back of the hotel not the front. It could also do with being cared for slightly more. Bedding/towels are always on point but the “deep”cleans definetley aren’t. The staff - I can’t really fault them, they would try they’re hardest to help you when they could & most of them very polite. We was slightly disappointed when we arrived ( 4th may) as there wasn’t any entertainment put on at all although before arriving I messaged to make sure this wasn’t going to be the case. Eventually they got an animator in “christianos” this guy doesn’t get enough credit at all! He was doing it all alone and he did an absolute amazing job too! He made our children & most of the children there have the best evening times. He was always walking around in the day making sure everyone was ok and always there to help if needs be! ???? Food - shocking. It’s actually put us off going all inclusive anywhere in the future incase it was like this again. Okay, there was days some of the food was lovely but who wants to eat beef stew for lunch time? It was very repentetive and barely any choice for the children. Don’t get me wrong I was eventually told if we asked the chief he would of made something up for the kids but that shouldn’t really be the case & left over food was obviously made into a different dish the next day or evening. There was a choice of two desserts a day which again was the same and the same bowl of fruit… no fresh fruit put out ( they did this twice ) at snack time which again was the same everyday and because i had asked for fresh fruit. It was just very disappointing ? The swimming pools where absolutely freeeezing because They’re salt Walter. My kids couldn’t stand them longer than an hour at a time and my little girl was getting out shivering and blue ?? Don’t get me wrong we had a really lovely holiday but we wouldn’t revisit this hotel again.

I’ve had such a great time at the hotel. The hotel is located in the mountains which means you are gifted with some extraordinary views. Not only does the restaurant overlook the ocean, you also get a glimpse of it on your personal terrace in the room. So whenever you need some privacy, you still get to enjoy breathtaking views! They have two swimming pools, each of them accompanied with lounge chairs. The food is delicious and varied, ranging from seafood to typical Greek dishes. The staff were kind, warm and helpful. Last but not least, the rooms were spacious and very clean. This hotel is a must-visit for anyone who travels to Crete!

I just come back from Elounda Water Park . I’m 100% satisfied: hotel with wonderful views, delicious food, friendly staff, amazing atmosphere in the hotel. I can’t wait to come back. Love this place,if you fancy good local Greece kitchen go there. I do recommend it 100%

Hotel was definitely not 4 star and rooms were very basic with minimal cleaning done during my stay. I've just returned from a week's stay and ended up at my doctors as covered in bed bug bites!! The breakfast was basic and the same everyday that's if you got there early enough before everything ran out. The only good side to this hotel is the staff I would give them 5 stars as very friendly and tried there best with everything other than that I wouldn't recommend this hotel or stay there again. Crete it's self is beautiful and the people are lovely and will definitely go back but not this hotel to be eaten alive by bed bugs!!!

Just returned from two fantastic weeks. Loved the location of the hotel. Spectacular views, but easy access to elounda and surrounding areas. Lovely family run hotel, management and staff strive to help to make you stay memorable, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is very clean, a few maintenance issues were reported and quickly rectified. The food is amazing, lots of choice and variety of cold salads, breads, fruits, meat vegatarian and fish dishes, Greek food, as well as children's foods and delicious desserts and ice creams. So much choice at breakfast, there really could not be anything else offered. Even when there was a power cut the food presented was excellent. The lady in the sop, hotel reception and in particular the water park bar staff were always smiling and friendly. There was minimal entertainment the first week, I think Jet2 should have made this clear in the brochure. And they also stated there was some children's facilities such as crazy golf, trampolines, kids clubs, which I think is not the fault of the hotel but Jet2 misleading. Christiano and George really tried there best with the entertainment the second week especially. The brochure clearly states not suitable for people with mobility issues. Overall a value for money wonderful stay, everything we wanted. Would definitely recommend to families.

Wonderful stay at this friendly family run hotel. Great views and clean room. I enjoyed the relaxation of my stay, the views, all inclusive, spa, several pools and lots of possibilities to go on trips. Staf is great and service is good. Great to have a separate exclusive area high on the property, with special wine and beers and great view.

We booked this because we saw it was a child friendly hotel. We wasn't happy to find things missing when we got there. No minigolf and any entertainment for children in the evening was scarce a mini disco that wasn't very long and that's it. The park is closed off to children after the water park section is closed. To get around they have a cart to drop you here and there which you were made to feel like an inconvenience for even asking as everything wasn't local to each other. All the pools in the hotel were salt water which wasn't pleasant. The food was lacking as best meal we found was when we left the hotel for an evening (due to nothing to do) and had a meal out of real Greek cuisine down at Edens bar and it beat the food all week from the hotel. Managers at the hotel were unhelpful. The "Tennis Court" they have had a broken net and weeds growing out of the grounds. To which if you wanted to play you'd have to walk a fair distance up and down hills along a road to arrive there. If it's a get away just as a couple or adults holiday it would be fine. Not great but it would do but if you are looking to bring any children save yourself the trouble.
