M	Milan Vasko Official on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to the quality of the services provided, the prices and the approach to the guests should be rated a maximum of 3 stars. I don't know who ever gave them 5 stars and for what. The room with 20-year-old string mattresses is something like a hostel anywhere in our country. The waiters try to annoy people as much as possible at breakfast and dinner (unfortunately the hotel does not have lunch) around the room number and whether you have coffee (which is worse than coffee machine waste) or tea. The only plus of the hotel are the beautiful beaches and nature. The reception is misleading and they have chaos. I wasn't happy the next time I went somewhere else.

From getting us at each meal go ask which table we prefer, to towel and drinks service on the beach, to the clean rooms. It was the first time we stayed in a resort and it was a really pleasant experience...it has set the standard (we spent the second half in another 5*, different brand and hotel in Chania...and it was a very sad experience compared to Elounda bay) +Sandy shallow beach +Beach inside cove (less wind than other parts of the island/ warmer) +Staff coming to your umbrella to ask you for drinks (and each umbrella is fitted with a button to call for service) +Nice pastries and pancakes for breakfast, as well as an omelette station +Watersports facilities available

I	Igor Chernyshev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given the quality of services provided, price policy and treatment of guests, the hotel should be rated 3 stars. I have put 4 because it has wonderful beaches with fantastic sea. But this is provided by Mother Nature. Breakfasts and dinners (included) are very good. Staff at the reception try to be amiable but this is not always the case. Some provide misleading information. Guests are treated by their names and nationality prior to arrival but this can change after direct talk to the hotel's senior management. Waiters at the main restaurant are hardworking and efficient with the exception of one who tried to cheat. All beach boys are most helpful and polite. Food at lunch time in the beach side restaurants is expensive. Thus, they charge 17€ for Greek salad when its price starts with 6.50€ in a the neighbouring village. Two Lipton tea bags with a small teapot of boiled water cost 4€ at lunch and at dinner. One type of guests may be treated with spcial care and be provided with beaches reserved only for them.

S	Sarah Waldon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel was lovely, my husband and I were able enjoy a few days relaxing by the pool and private beaches. The buffet offered a variety of delicious dishes. Our room was cleaned daily and it was quiet comfortable. We also spent an morning scuba diving with the water sports center and had a great time. The location is also nice for walking into town and enjoying local restaurants and souvenir shops. It was a little more pricey for what we usually spend, but it was well worth it!
