K	Kira Gartzou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the morning I called Geniki Tachydromiki to ask whether a parcel with three bottles of wine could be delivered from Greece to the UK. The employee at the call centre, after thoroughly researching the question, said yes, as long as the bottles are appropriately packed. I asked if individual wrapping with bubbles in a box constitutes appropriate packaging, and I was assured that it does, as long as the bottles don’t move in the box. So I took the parcel and drove to the store of Vrilissia.The employee at the store said categorically that Geniki Tachydromiki don’t deliver any alcohol I should leave. I called again at the call centre (the employee at Vrilissia couldn’t reach them), and they told me and the Vrilissia employee that they do deliver wine in Europe. However, they then asked me to have the bottles wrapped in a special bag of bubbles that they didn’t sell and couldn’t tell me where I could buy, rather than being individually wrapped in bubbles as I had them packed. So after I lost half my day, I left with my job undone and I will never use this company again.

K	Kavallieratos Evangelos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this time of the year, this is not a place to visit as it is so busy that they even refuse business. They could not accept home made Christmas sweets to be sent from Greece to the UK. In other times of the year that I used them they were OK.

I had a courier call me at 12:17 on Friday saying he was at Holargos Metro station with a parcel. I thought he needed some kind of direction to the house. No... he wanted me to meet him there???? Knowing that it has been crazy for the courier it would take 10minutes to get there.... one way roads not helping. No that was too long for him to wait. ( The house is literally the other end of the street from the Metro). Now looking on the link they sent on Viber it states that they have tried to deliver the parcel 3 times, Saturday and today Monday,which is fiction. We are at home.... it is a lockdown. Calling their office is a joke with no answer or on hold forever... this is to see if I can arrange to pick it up from their office. Still stuck in limbo.
