L	LiNK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε σχέση με acs, speedex θεωρώ πως τα ΕΛΤΑ κούριερ είναι σαφέστατα ο,τι καλύτερο μπορεί καποιος να διαλέξει ανάμεσα σε αυτά τα δεινά. Τωρα οσον αφορά το κατάστημα, είναι απο τα καλά, εξυπηρετικοτατοι, καθαρό κατάστημα με τη κλασική έλλειψη/δυσκολια στο πάρκινγκ. Για καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση αποφυγετε τις ώρες αιχμής και θα παρκάρετε χωρίς άγχος και θα εξυπηρετηθείτε άψογα. Η κριτική έγινε κατοπιν επισκεψης εν μέσω Black Friday, μια βδομαδα μετά και μέσα Δεκέμβρη. Ε	ΕΦΗ ΜΑΡΑΝΤΙΝΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι όχι μόνο λένε ψέματα ότι επιθυμούμε αργότερα παράδοση δεν σηκώνουν και τα τηλέφωνα το δέμα το έχουν παραλάβει από 1/6 έχουμε 8/6 τρεις φορές γράφει ότι επιθυμώ αργότερα παράδοση χωρίς να τους έχω πει τίποτα εγώ. Με πηραν τα ΕΛΤΑ απο εκεί που εστάλη το δέμα και ρωτάγαμε οι άνθρωποι τι έγινε το δέμα και δεν το παραλαμβάνω για τι είναι με αντικαταβολή τους εξήγησα και θα στέλνανε εκείνοι mail αλλά δυστυχώς δεν βλέπω φως Unacceptable not only lie that we want later delivery they do not pick up and the phones have received the package from 1/6 we have 8/6 three times it says that I want later delivery without having told them anything myself. Τη δεύτερη με μεγάλη επιφυλακή τους καθόρισε ώρα και ήρθαν νωρίτερα χωρίς καμία παλι ευθυνη.. Με αποτέλεσμα το δεμα να αποστέλλει την επόμενη μέρα! Μακρυα. .. People are completely stupid! Ο ένας εξυπηρετούσε στο τηλέφωνο ή άλλη συνάδελφός του ούτε ματιά δεν μου έριξε. Για 1 δέμα με χρέωση του παραλήπτη κάθισα εκεί 20 λεπτά και χωρίς να υπάρχει άλλος πελάτης. Μέτραγε και ξαναμέτραγε το δέμα λες και θα έκανε φορτωτική για Κίνα. Την έκφραση "στο μέγεθος κουτιού παπουτσιών", που έχουν ως μέτρο όλες οι εταιρείες courier, ούτε που την έχουν ακούσει. Κρίμα γιατί θα μπορούσαν να είναι πιο αποτελεσματικοί και να έχουν σοβαρό μερίδιο στην αγορά! Immortal Greek state. Although I think they have been bought, however the mentality remains. K	Konstantina N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Περίμενα το δέμα να έρθει σπίτι και μου έρχεται ένα μήνυμα τελευταία στιγμή στο Viber ότι έγινε προσπάθεια αποστολής και δεν με βρήκαν σπίτι. Γεγονός που δεν συνέβη ποτε καθώς ήμουν μέσα στο σπίτι όλη μέρα. Προσπάθησα να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους τηλεφωνικά αλλά οι γραμμές ήταν κατεβασμένες. Μετά από ώρα προσπάθειας κατάφερα να πιάσω γραμμή. Μόλις εξήγησα τι συνέβη μου λέει ο υπάλληλος ότι με κάλεσαν και δεν απάντησα. Φυσικά και αυτό δεν συνέβη ποτε. Με ύφος υπεροπτικό μου λέει ο υπάλληλος «σας καλέσαμε αλλά δεν το σηκώσατε, αλλά αφού επιμένετε ότι έτσι είναι τα πράγματα…». Χαλαρώστε λίγο παιδιά το έχετε καταντήσει χειρότερο και απο το ΙΚΑ. Πείτε απο την αρχή ότι δεν θα το φέρετε δεν τρέχει τίποτα…αλλά μην μας δουλεύετε και παίζετε με την υπομονή μας. Να φέρεστε όπως θέλετε να σας φέρονται.
