B	Basia Drakopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όταν για να παραλάβω ένα προϊόν πληρώνω 3 ευρώ μεταφορικά την ώρα που είναι να παραλάβω δεν γίνεται δεκτή η κάρτα μου παρά μόνο μετρητά με συγχωρείτε απαιτώ να υπάρχουν και τα ρέστα. Δεν μπορεί να έχω πληρώσει 3 ευρώ μεταφορικά και να πρέπει να αφήσω κι άλλα δυόμιση ευρώ πουρμπουάρ. Σήμερα ζήτησα να πληρώσω και από το ποσό ήτανε να πάρω 17,5 ευρώ ρέστα, μου έδωσε τα 15 και τα υπόλοιπα έψαχνε τις τσέπες τελικά μου έδωσε στα χέρια δύο ευρώ από τα δυόμισι χωρίς καν να μου πει Με συγχωρείτε δεν έχω υπόλοιπο για να του το χαρίσω.... Με το έτσι θέλω μου έδωσε στο χέρι δύο ευρώ επιπλέον και έφυγε με ύφος απαξιωτικό. Πήγα κ δεν με ρώτησε ποτέ για τον κωδικό ανεπαφης παραλαβής,κ όταν της το είπα για να μην πιάσω το χιλιοβρωμικο στυλό,στραβωσε κ συν τοις άλλοις, ενώ μου είχαν στείλει χθες τον κωδικό 3 φορές,ο κωδικός είχε αλλάξει! Οπότε προτίμησα να τα παρω μόνος μου από το κεντρικό της Π. Μελά, παρά να περιμένω άλλη μια μέρα άδικα, μήπως το φέρουν. Πρωτότυπη τακτική. Κατά τα άλλα καλά. K	Kostas Pol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά .Ενω τους ενημέρωσα πως δεν μπορούσα να παραλάβω το δέμα που περίμενα, ήμουν επαρχία για δουλειά ,ζήτησα αν γίνετε να δωθεί ολιγοήμερη παράταση , με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι θα δωθεί παράταση έως 14/02. Στις 12/02 που επισκέφτηκα το κατάστημα με ενημέρωσαν ότι γύρισαν το δέμα στον αποστολέα. ΜΗΝ ΔΙΑΒΕΒΑΙΩΝΕΤΕ ΓΙΑ ΤΙΠΟΤΑ ΤΟ ΟΠΟΙΟ ΤΕΛΙΚΑ ΔΕ ΜΠΟΡΕΙΤΕ Η ΔΕΝ ΓΙΝΕΤΕ ΝΑ ΥΛΟΠΟΙΗΣΕΤΕ. Unacceptable behavior. Σήμερα έχω πάρει 7 φορές τηλέφωνο για αναζήτηση της παραγγελίας μου (για μία ακόμη φορά) και αφού μένω στην αναμονή με τις ώρες κλείνει η γραμμή. Η χειρότερη εταιρεία.... No order has ever been delivered to my address ... With various excuses I am forced to pick up from the store. Today I have called 7 times to search for my order (once again) and after waiting for hours the line closes. The worst company ....
Ι	Ιωαννα Γρηγορη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν μπορούσα να βάλω ΄μειον 5 θα έβαζα. Μακράν η χειρότερη εταιρεία με το χειρότερο υποκατάστημα. Οι κοπέλες αγενέστατες, βαριούνται που ζουν. Δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να παραλάβετε δέμα σπίτι σας, ούτε καν αν βρίσκεστε εκεί. Πάντα σημείωμα απών ,και ας μην έχει χτυπήσει κανείς το κουδουνι, αναγκάζοντας σας να περιμένετε με τις ώρες στην Θηβών για να το παραλάβετε. If I could put Minion 5 I would put. Σ	Σπύρος Χριστοδούλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απογοητευμενος απο την εκτέλεση της παράδοσης. Με καλέσανε και αυτόματο μηνυμα ελεγε : "περιμένετε να σας συνδέσουμε με τον διανομεα". Η σύνδεση ηταν ανεπιτυχής αφου επεσε η γραμμή. Κάλεσα αμέσως πίσω αλλα οι ηχογραφημενες οδηγίες και η αναμονή με εκανε να περιμένω περιπου ενα τέταρτο στη γραμμή χωρις τελικα να καταφερω να μιλησω με κανεναν. Έστειλαν μήνυμα αναφέροντας αδυναμία παραδοσης με αναλυτικα στοιχεία της μονης εναλλακτικής (παραλαβη απο υποκαταστημα). Σημερα παρελαβα το δέμα μετα απο 10 λεπτα αναμονης, λογω ουράς και στην αναφορά μου για το προβλημα, έριξαν το βάρος στο συστημα τους. Η παραλαβη παντως -εαν εξαιρέσουμε τα υπολοιπα- ηταν οκ. Ευγενική υπάλληλος και καλη η επικοινωνια της acs με sms και viber πρωτίστως. Εαν υπήρχε τηλεφωνικη επικοινωνια απευθειας απο τον διανομεα στο κινητό ή εαν δουλευε το υφιστάμενο συστημα και παραλαμβαναμε στο σπιτι μας, θα έβαζα 5 αστέρια.
