Παω στο υποκατάστημα, περιμένω σειρά 8-9 άτομα και το “δεμα” που λαμβανω ειναι της ταξεως των 50γραμμαριων ΜΙΚΡΟΤΕΡΟ σε μεγεθος απο την ειδοποιηση του ταχυδρομου! Σε συζητηση με τις κυριες στα ταμεια γιατι επρεπε να χασω το χρονο μου και δεν έφερε ο ταχυδρομος απευθειας το πακετακι μου είπαν πως δεν μπορει να κουβαλαει όλα αυτα τα δεματα με το μηχανακι του!..... Προφανώς πληρώνεται μόνο για να μεταφέρει ειδοποιήσεις και λογαριασμούς... The disgrace in its greatness! The postman leaves me a parcel notice. Δεν φερνει ποτε τα πακετα που παραγγελνουμε στη γειτονια. Ειχα παραγγειλει μια τραπεζικη καρτα κι ηταν επειγον. Η τραπεζα με ενημερωσε οτι επρεπε να ειχε παραδοθει. Πηρα το ταχυδρομειο και μου δωσε το τηλ του ταχυδρομου. Την ειχε αφησει στην αποθηκη και θα εφευγε την αλλη μερα με αδεια, αν δεν τον επαιρνα ακομα θα περιμενα. Ακομα και στα κεντρικα τον κραζουν. Θα επρεπε να ειχε παρει ποδι καιρο τωρα. Αν ξαναγινει κατι παρομοιο θα παρω την αστυνομια, γιατι αυτος παιζει να τα κλεβει κιολας. If there were minus in the stars, I would put -10. Υφακι τύπου σου κάνω και χάρη που σε εξυπηρετώ, μια δουλεύει 3ς κάθονται καθώς επίσης σε παράπονα μου για το γεγονός ότι δεν μου φέρανε το δεματακι σπίτι μου η απάντηση ήταν η εξής: καλά για ψώνια δεν βγαίνεις; (της φάνταζε απίστευτο ότι δουλεύω στο κέντρο και δεν μπορώ να πεταχτω μια στιγμή από την δουλειά να το παραλάβω-σημειωτεον στη 13.30 κλείνουν), αφού περάσαμε το αρχικό σοκ η επόμενη απάντηση ήτανε: άμα δεν μπορείς να το πάρεις να στείλεις άλλον να το παραλάβει (ότι θα πρέπει εγώ να έχω κάποιον να τρέχει για τις δουλειές μου). Εν τέλει καταλήξαμε ότι εάν δεν μου αρέσει να πάρω τηλέφωνο τον υπεύθυνο διανομής να του κάνω παράπονα (!) Ελλάδα 21ου αιώνα φίλε... Για την ακρίβεια μου είπε :" τα θέματα του ταχ. Ταμιευτηρίου διευθετώνται από την Eurobank. Ελάτε αύριο να σας εξυπηρετήσω για τελευταία φορά". Το ότι δέχθηκε να με εξυπηρετήσει μια μέρα που βολεύει εκείνη και όχι εμένα με ξεπερνάει. Αναρωτιέμαι γιατί. Μήπως έπρεπε να ετοιμαστεί ψυχολογικά? Και γιατί για τελευταία φορά? Μου κάνει χάρη? Χωρίς κάποια ενημέρωση? Ο επόμενος πελάτης που θα θέλει να πάει για ανάλογο θέμα δεν θα το ξέρει. Πιστεύω ότι και το ένα αστέρι στην κριτική είναι υπερβολικά πολύ.
