M	Manthoula Kopanaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς δεν υπάρχει η επιλογή μηδέν αστέρια για την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία…. Το πιο άθλιο κούριερ που υπάρχει…. Απαίσια εξυπηρέτηση, δεν σηκώνουν ποτέ τα τηλέφωνα, κρατούν τα δέματα στο κέντρο διαλογής πολλές μέρες και μόνο αν τους κράξουν τα εκάστοτε καταστήματα ή εταιρείες που συνεργάζονται μπορεί να συγκινηθούν…. Ειδικά το κατάστημα των Βριλησσίων είναι το χειρότερο…. Καμία συνεργασία κι ενώ ενημέρωσα για τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία ο κούριερ δεν με πήρε ποτέ… Αντιθέτως μου άφησε και χαρτάκι ότι ήρθε τρεις φορές και δεν με βρήκε για να βγουν και από πάνω….. Ο τρόπος τους με ανάγκασε να σταματήσω να παραγγέλνω από εταιρείες που συνεργάζονται μαζί τους….. Ας τα κλείσουν καλύτερα!!!!! Unfortunately there is no option zero stars for this company…. The most miserable courier that exists…. Poor service, they never pick up the phones, they keep the parcels in the sorting center for many days and only if they are robbed by the respective stores or companies that cooperate can they be moved…. Especially the store of Vrilissia is the worst…. No cooperation and while I informed about the telephone communication, the courier never took me… On the contrary, he left me a piece of paper that he came three times and did not find me to go out on top… .. Their way forced me to stop ordering from companies that cooperate with them… .. Let them close better !!!!!
V	Vaggelis Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -3 αστέρια ... δεν έχει οπότε αναγκάστηκα να βάλω 1 ... Δεν έχω να γράψω περισσότερα από όσα διάβασα. Απλά να συμπληρώσω: ΛΙΓΟ ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΑ ΑΠΟ ΤΗ ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΗ ΚΡΙΤΙΚΗ ... Σήμερα Πέμπτη 3/3 είπα να πάω από εκεί (πρώτη φορά .... κυρίως για να περπατήσω κιόλας) για να στείλω ένα πακέτο. Ήθελα να αποφύγω να με κλείσουν αύριο μέσα μέχρι τις 6 για να το παραλάβουν από το σπίτι μου ... Σκεφτόμουν ότι θα προλάβαινε να φύγει με το φορτηγό των 6:30μμ. απόψε. Ήμουν εκεί γύρω στις 6μμ και ήταν άλλοι 2 μπροστά μου ... Αισίως ξεμπέρδεψα 6:40μμ ... από όσο κατάλαβα δεν είχε φύγει ακόμα το φορτηγό τους αλλά με το χάος των δεμάτων που είχαν αποκλείεται να δουν το δικό μου μικρό πακετάκι. Από Τρίτη λοιπόν θα κάνει το ταξίδι του (εντός Αττικής) αλλά θα μοιάζει τελικά με το ταξίδι του Οδυσσέα :) Όσες φορές έτυχε να περιμένω δέμα με ΕΛΤΑ κούριερ δεν κατάφερα να το παραλάβω με την πρώτη ... είτε δεν χτυπάνε κουδούνι ... είτε χτυπάνε και αμέσως σε 3-5" εξαφανίζονται και βλέπεις το ΑΠΩΝ... Δυστυχώς ... απαράδεκτοι !!! -3 stars ... it does not have so I had to put 1 ... I do not have to write more than what I read. Just to add: A LITTLE WORSE THAN THE WORST CRITICISM ... Hopefully I got rid of it at 6:40 pm ... from what I understood their truck had not left yet but with the chaos of the parcels they had they could not see my little package. So from Tuesday he will make his trip (inside Attica) but it will finally look like the trip of Odysseus :) Every time I happened to wait for a parcel with ELTA courier I could not pick it up with the first one ... either they do not ring the bell ... or they ring and immediately in 3-5 "they disappear and you see the APON ... Unfortunately ... unacceptable !!!
M	Mmqkl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18/02/2022. 2.5 ώρες αναμονή για να μου πουν ότι έχουν πολλά δέματα από την περιοχή μου και ότι ίσως το δέμα να μην έχει βγει καν από το κοντέινερ. Ένας κύριος ήταν εκεί 3+ ώρες, είχε έρθει με σκαμνί. Τις πρώτες δύο ώρες που περίμενα, υποτίθεται ότι οι υπάλληλοι μέσα εψαχναν 3 δέματα. Μόνο τα ΕΛΤΑ τέτοια εξυπηρέτηση. Μια κυρία περίμενε πάνω 3 ώρες, είχε ξαναέρθει άλλη μέρα όπως είπε, έφυγα εγώ πριν από αυτήν και δεν ξέρω αν τελικά παρέλαβε. Όταν ρώτησα την υπάλληλο ποιο είναι το email του καταστήματος, διότι αυτό που έχει στην ιστοσελίδα τους δεν λειτουργεί, μου είπε ότι λειτουργεί και ότι υπάρχει άτομο που απαντάει. Μακάρι ACS. 18/02/2022. 2.5 hours waiting to be told that they have a lot of parcels from my area and that the parcel may not even have come out of the container. A gentleman was there for 3+ hours, he had come with a stool. For the first two hours I waited, the staff inside was supposed to be looking for 3 parcels. Only ELTA such service. A lady waited for over 3 hours, she had come back another day as she said, I left before her and I do not know if she finally received it. When I asked the clerk what the store's email is, because what it has on their website does not work, she told me that it works and that there is a person who responds. Happy ACS.

Είχα πληρώσει για την επιλογή "παράδοση πορτα-πορτα", κλείσαμε ραντεβού παράδοσης την επόμενη ημέρα και περίμενα το δέμα 2 εβδομάδες. Έπειτα αποφάσισα να πάω (από Ν. Ιωνία ->Βριλήσσια) στο κατάστημα όπου (για καλή μου τύχη) περίμενα μόνο 45'. Στο κατάστημα μάλλον ήταν μόνο μια κοπέλα (ευγενέστατη) την οποία λυπήθηκα για το φόρτο εργασίας που της είχαν φορτώσει! Poor courier service. I had paid for the "door-to-door delivery" option, we made a delivery appointment the next day and waited for the package for 2 weeks. Then I decided to go (from N. Ionia -> Vrilissia) to the store where (for my good luck) I waited only 45 '. There was probably only one girl (very kind) in the store whom I felt sorry for the workload they had loaded her!

Όποτε έχω καλέσει απαντούν και μάλιστα με παίρνουν πίσω για να μου δώσουν πληροφορίες αν χρειαστεί (αν υπάρχει το δέμα μου κλπ.) και πάω και παραλαμβάνω. Όλα μια χαρά λοιπόν όποτε τους χρειάστηκα. Οπότε πέντε αστεράκια και ελπίζω να συνεχίσουν έτσι! I'm really surprised by such bad reviews. Anyway ... Whenever I call they answer and even take me back to give me information if needed (if there is my package etc.) and I go and pick it up. All fine so whenever I needed them. So five stars and I hope they continue like this!
K	Korina Pan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν μπορούσα δε θα έβαζα κανένα αστέρι. Έχουν το δέμα μου στο κατάστημα εδώ και 12 μέρες και δεν έχει γίνει καμία προσπάθεια παράδοσης. Δεν απαντάνε ΠΟΤΕ στα τηλέφωνα και ας περιμένεις με τις ώρες σε αναμονή. Δεν είναι η πρώτη φορά που συμβαίνει αυτό αφού την προηγούμενη φορά τους πηρε 21 μέρες να παραδώσουν δέμα εντός Αττικής! Ποτε ξανά ΕΛΤΑ κούριερ! Α Π Α Ρ Α Δ Ε Κ Τ Ο Ι !!!! Σε συνέχεια της εμπειρίας μου συμπληρώνω στην προηγούμενη αξιολόγηση μου ότι έχει περάσει πια πάνω από ένας μήνας που κρατάνε το δέμα μου στο κατάστημα. Στο tracking φαίνεται ότι έχει γίνει εισαγωγή σε θυρίδα ,άνευ λόγου θα πω εγώ, αφού ποτέ δεν έγινε προσπάθεια παράδοσης. Έχω κάνει ακύρωση της παραγγελίας μου κ παρόλαυτα δεν απαντάνε ούτε σε mail ούτε σε τηλέφωνα για να γίνει επιστροφή, με αποτέλεσμα να μη μπορεί να γίνει επιστροφή των χρημάτων μου. Δεν υπάρχουν λόγια. Ντροπή! If I could I would not put any stars. They have my parcel in the store for 12 days and no delivery effort has been made. They NEVER answer the phones and let them wait for hours. This is not the first time this has happened since the previous time it took them 21 days to deliver a parcel within Attica! Never again ELTA courier! Α Π Α Ρ Α Δ Ε Κ Τ Ο Ι !!!! Following my experience, I add to my previous assessment that it has been more than a month since they kept my parcel in the store. In the tracking it seems that a box has been inserted, for no reason I will say, since no delivery attempt was ever made. I have canceled my order and nevertheless they do not answer either emails or telephones to get a refund, as a result of which my money can not be refunded. There are no words. Shame!
