G	George Athanasas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εν συγκρίσει με άλλες εταιρίες έχει ποιο λογικές τιμές το προσωπικό ευγενικό αλλά 10 μέρες να πάει καβαλα στην Αθήνα κάτι δεν πάει καλά στη διαδρομή. Compared to other companies, the staff is more reasonably priced, but if you go to Athens for 10 days, something goes wrong along the way.

Δεν ισχύει τίποτα από όλα αυτά που αναγράφονται στις προηγούμενες κριτικές Επαγγελματισμος, πολύ καλή θέληση να εξηπηρετησουν κόσμο!! Στέλνεις πακέτο και βλέπεις ένα χαμόγελο και μια γρήγοραδα για εξυπηρέτηση!! Μέρες γιορτινες σαν αυτές τα παιδιά τρέχουν για να μην μείνει κανένας πελάτης με παράπονο. Αν μπορούσα θα έβαζα χιλια αστέρια I see the reviews and I say why should anyone bring out their evil here ... Ναι ισχύει πως υπάρχει παντελώς αδιαφορία από την επιχείρηση προς τους πελάτες της όπως και έχει προαναφερθεί σε άλλες κριτικές και το ωράριο καταστήματος που αναφέρει η σελίδα είναι για τα μάτια του κόσμου και μόνο. Τα τηλέφωνα δεν απαντάνε και όταν απαντήσουν είναι σαν να μην απάντησαν, δεν είναι ότι θα γίνει η δουλειά σου και που σου ανταποκρίθηκαν καταφατικά στη κλήση. Αγορές με κάρτα δεν υποστηρίζονται από τον κούριερ. Είναι βαρύ το μηχανάκι POS για να το κουβαλάει με το αυτοκίνητο. Πρέπει να πας εσύ στο κατάστημα (ενώ έχεις πληρώσει για την αποστολή) ή να διαθέτεις μετρητά ανεξαρτήτως μεγέθους χρηματικού ποσού του προϊόντος αγοράς. Όχι απλά είναι οι πιο αργοί μαζί με την DHL, επιπλέον επιστροφές δεν υποστηρίζονται από την εταιρεία. Έχω καλέσει 2 φορές για παραλαβή δέματος, 4 μέρες μετά και ακόμα δεν έχουν περάσει να το πάρουν. Έχει υποβληθεί και αναφορά για το εν λόγω τοπικό κατάστημα στα κεντρικά της εταιρείας όπως και σε καταστήματα που συνεργάζονται με αυτό. Προσωπικά έχω σταματήσει να αγοράζω πλέον από καταστήματα που στέλνουν με ΕΛΤΑ courier όπως η H&M. Λυπάμαι πολύ που υπάρχουν ακόμα στην αγορά τέτοιοι "επαγγελματίες". 26/11/2021 If the post was made without a star I would do it! Yes, it is true that there is complete indifference from the company to its customers as has been mentioned in other reviews and the store hours mentioned on the page are for the eyes of the people only. The phones do not answer and when they answer it is as if they did not answer, it is not that your job will be done and that they answered yes to the call. Card purchases are not supported by the courier. The POS motor is heavy to carry in the car. You must go to the store (while you have paid for the shipment) or have cash regardless of the amount of money of the purchased product. Not only are they the slowest with DHL, extra returns are not supported by the company. I have called twice for a parcel, 4 days later and they still have not received it. A report has also been submitted for this local store at the company's headquarters as well as in stores that cooperate with it. Personally, I have stopped buying from stores that ship with ELTA couriers such as H&M. I am very sorry that there are still such "professionals" on the market. 26/11/2021
a	apostolos chatzikonstantis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 μέρες και το δέμα δεν έχει παραδοθεί και μιλάμε για Καβαλα-Αθηνα(βόρεια) 10 ΜΕΡΕΣ!!!! Από καβαλα δεν έχω πρόβλημα με τα παιδιά με εξυπηρετησαν αλλα δεν μου αρεσε που δεν δέχονται καρτα με χρέωση αποστολέα.Δεν είχα χρήματα πάνω μου και αναγκάστηκα να μεταβώ στην τράπεζα.Το δέμα έφυγε για Αθήνα την επομένη και βρίσκεται 9 ΜΕΡΕΣ στην αποθήκη. Δεν θα ξαναστείλω με αυτη την εταιρια τιποτα ξανά 10 days and the parcel has not been delivered and we are talking about Kavala-Athens (north) 10 DAYS !!!! From Kavala I have no problem with the children served me but I did not like that they do not accept a card with a sender's charge. I had no money on me and I had to go to the bank. The package left for Athens the next day and is 9 days in storage. I will not ship anything with this company again

Οι εργαζόμενοι στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα της Καβάλας είναι εξαιρετικά γρήγοροι, επαγγελματίες, με την καλή διάθεση να σε εξηπηρετησουν. Κάνουν ότι περνάει από το χέρι τους για να μην περιμένει κάποιος αρκετά. ΚΑΙ συνεργάτης να είσαι και πελάτης τους να είσαι θα προσπαθήσουν να σε βοηθήσουν όσο καλύτερα γίνετε!!! Δεύτερη κριτική είναι αυτή και γίνετε επειδή θέλω να εκφράσω πόσο ευχαριστημένη είμαι από το κατάστημα ΕΛΤΑ COURIER της καβαλας. Επίσης παρέλαβα ένα πακέτο από Αριδαία ήρθε πολύ γρήγορα. Ότι και να παραγγειλω από κατάστημα που συνεργάζεται με την συγκεκριμένη εταιρία ερχετε πολύ γρήγορα και σε άριστη κατάσταση! As we know the conditions are difficult we have to enter the store one by one. The employees in this store in Kavala are extremely fast, professionals, in a good mood to serve you. They do their best not to wait long enough. AND to be a partner and to be their customer will try to help you as best you can !!! This is the second criticism and you become one because I want to express how happy I am with the ELTA COURIER store in Kavala. I also received a package from Aridea it came very fast. Whatever I order from a store that works with this company, you come very quickly and in excellent condition!
