Γ	Γιαννης Κοντόπουλος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσπαθούσα να επικοινωνήσω τηλεφωνικά με το κατάστημα και μετά από αμέτρητες προσπάθειες για να βρω γραμμή, δεν το σήκωναν και όταν το σήκωσαν, το έκλεισαν κατευθείαν με το που μίλησα ,και τις τρεις φορές (δεν γνωρίζω τι έγινε λάθος)!. Δεν ξέρω αν υπάρχει λάθος στην γραμμή του τηλεφώνου τους ή απλά αγνοούνε τις κλήσεις. Α	Αιμιλία Σχοινά on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εταιρία τα δέρματα έρχονται στο κατάστημα κ η διανομή στο σπίτι γίνεται 3 και πλέον μέρες μετά. Από την Πέμπτη το δέρμα δεν ήρθε ούτε την Τρίτη το βράδυ που αναγκάστηκαμε να πάμε να το πάρουμε εμείς κ το είχαν πάλι ξεχάσει, όπως πάντα άλλωστε όλο κάτι γίνεται κ δεν έρχεται. Σε αναγκάζουν να πας εσύ να το πάρεις κ ας είσαι μακριά. Δεν έχουν τρόπο οι υπάλληλοι του γραφείου, ο 2 κυρίες είναι άσχετες κ αγενής διώξτε τα χθες. Κάθε φορά μου λένε ότι δήθεν άλλαξε το δρομολόγιο, κ έτσι περιμένω 1 εβδομάδα κ στο τέλος πηγαίνω κ τα κουβαλάω μόνη μου κ μου λένε εδώ είναι το δέμα τώρα θα έφευγε. Ενώ νωρίτερα που είχα πάρει μου είπαν ότι το δέμα έχει φύγει με το διανομέα. Θα επιστρέψω να γράψω κ άλλα που μου έχουν συμβεί.. T	Thanasis Tsogas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1)Τέσσερις μέρες το δέμα στο κατάστημα.2) Αντί να πάρουν τηλέφωνο στέλνουν μήνυμα στο Viber και αν δεν έχεις? 3) Ψέματα ότι με πήραν τηλέφωνο και δεν απάντησα. 4) Επικοινωνία για παράδοση στο σπίτι μετά από 2 τηλέφωνα και γράψιμο κανονικά. Αφού πήγα στο κατάστημα και δεν ήξερε η κοπέλα αν το δέμα είναι στο κατάστημα ή στο μηχανάκι. Τραγική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. 1) Four days the package in the store.2) Instead of getting a phone call they send a message to Viber and if you do not have? 3) Lies that they called me and I did not answer. 4) Communication for home delivery after 2 phone calls and writing normally. Ο χώρος της εξυπηρέτησης θα έπρεπε κατά την ταπεινή μου άποψη, να διαμορφωθεί έτσι ώστε να έχει πιο φιλική αναμονή προς εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. Θετικό το γεγονός ότι υπάρχει χώρος στάθμευσης, αν κ είναι έξω σχετικά από το κέντρο της πόλης.. η συνεργασία μου με τη συγκεκριμένη courier δεν είχε ποτέ έως τώρα σοβαρά προβλήματα.. την επιλέγω συχνά μεταξύ άλλων, για όλους τους παραπάνω λόγους..συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα μέχρι στιγμής. Fast service, very kind staff. The service area, in my humble opinion, should be designed to have a more friendly wait for customer service. Positive is the fact that there is a parking lot, if it is outside the city center .. my cooperation with this courier has never had serious problems .. I often choose it among other things, for all the above reasons .. I recommend unreservedly so far.
Η	Ηρωδιάδα Δάνη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο 1ος λόγος που έβαλα 1 αστέρι είναι γιατί το προσωπικό δεν είχε και πολύ διάθεση να με εξυπηρετήσει και 2ο υποτίθεται ότι θέλετε να λέγεστε εταιρεία ταχυμεταφορών, χωρίς όμως να διαθέτετε τέτοιες υπηρεσίες! Ήθελα να στείλω κάτι σε περιοχή που δεν απέχει ούτε μια ώρα απ' την Αθήνα, με ημερομηνία παράδοσης το αργότερο 3 ημερών και οι υπάλληλοι μου είπαν ότι στη περιοχή σας δε γίνεται ταχεία παράδοση! ? Λες και ζήτησα να μου το στείλουν σε κανένα νησί έκαναν!!! ? Έλεος δηλαδή!!! The first reason I put 1 star is because the staff was not in the mood to serve me and 2nd it is supposed that you want to be called a courier company, but without having such services! I wanted to send something to an area not even an hour away from Athens, with a delivery date of no later than 3 days and the employees told me that there is no fast delivery in your area! ? As if I asked them to send it to me on any island they did !!! Δηλαδή Mercy that is !!!
