Κ	Κωστας Τσελης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έβαλα 5 αστέρια γιατί δεν είχε φασκελα .Η χειρότερη στην Ελλάδα ,πρέπει η εταιρεία να έχει αντικοινωνικόυς ανθρώπους που βρέθηκαν στην πόλη ξαφνικά.Δεν υπάρχει άλλη εξήγηση,όυτε το τηλ δεν σηκώνουν. Με τελευταίο να μην δέχονται να συνεργαστούν/εξυπηρετήσουν για μία επιστροφή δέματος με προορισμό το εξωτερικό, ενώ είχα σαφέστατες οδηγίες από mail ότι έπρεπε να το επιστρέψω με speedex, δεν με άφησαν καν να ολοκληρώσω&να εξηγήσω τη διαδικασία με αποτέλεσμα να μου μείνει ένα πακέτο, με μεγάλη χρέωση, που δεν χρειαζόμουν. Επιπλέον, αν ενημερώσουν για το δέμα, θα είναι μια φορά στις 10,διαφορετικά θα στείλουν αργά μήνυμα πως δεν κατέστη δυνατή η παραγγελία. Too many incidents. Άχρηστοι παντελώς, όταν πληρώνεις κανονικά έξοδα αποστολής, υποτίθεται πως υπάρχει μια ενημέρωση με μήνυμα και όχι οι απατεωνιές που κάνουν ειδικά οι συγκεκριμένοι. Με καλέσανε στο τηλέφωνο και μέσα σε τέσσερα λεπτά τους πήρα πίσω και μου είπαν ότι δεν είχαν φορτώσει το δέμα μου και ότι τώρα δεν μπορούν να μου το φέρουν αν θέλω να περάσω να το πάρω. Είπα στον υπάλληλο πως δεν είναι δυνατόν να καλείται τον άλλον δευτερόλεπτα πριν φορτώσετε το θέμα του και αν δεν απαντήσει αμέσως να φαίνεται το θέμα πίσω και μου είπε ότι δεν θα κάτσει να ασχοληθεί μαζί μου και να κάνει διάλογο. Ευτυχώς που υπάρχουνε και άλλες ταχυμεταφορικες εταιρειες και από δω και πέρα όποιο κατάστημα συνεργάζεται με Speedex δεν θα κάνω παραγγελία. Zero service and unacceptable behavior by employees.
