M	Mesthanefs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δέμα 400 γρ. από Ολλανδία. Βάζω 4 αστέρια γιατί δεν αντιπροσωπεύει η εμπειρία μου με όσο διαβάζω στις υπόλοιπες αξιολογήσεις. Package 400 gr. from the Netherlands. I put 4 stars because it does not represent my experience with what I read in the other reviews.

Σε επικοινωνία που είχα η υπάλληλος μου ειπε οτι θα χρειαστεί να περιμένω γιατι υπάρχει μεγάλος όγκος αλληλογραφίας και οτι θα πάρει έως 5 εργάσιμες για της παράδοσή της.. θα τους πάρω σημερα να μου πουν πόσες μέρες ακόμα να περιμένω.. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ! είναι το λιγότερο που μπορώ να πω. I am waiting for a package (today is the 9th day) and it is still in the sorting center of Attica. In a communication I had, the employee told me that I will have to wait because there is a large volume of mail and that it will take up to 5 working days for its delivery .. I will get them today to tell me how many more days to wait .. UNACCEPTABLE! is the least I can say.
Β	Βαγγέλης Ρέθυμνο on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από τις 23/11 έχω ένα δέμα εκεί και καμιά κίνηση. Απ' ότι βλέπω δεν είμαι κι ο μοναδικός αλλά αυτό είναι ο κανόνας. Έχω κάνει κι άλλες παραγγελίες από άλλες κούριερ εν μέσω πανδημίας και μου ήρθαν σε 4-5 μέρες το πολύ. Ό,τι και να πεις είναι λίγο. Περιμένω ακόμα απάντηση σε δύο μηνύματα ενώ στο τηλέφωνο σε συνδέουν με ...Κάιρο. Γι' αυτό από δω και πέρα ΠΟΤΕ ξανά παραγγελία από ΕΛΤΑ. Το έχω ως προϋπόθεση αλλιώς δεν κάνω παραγγελία. Το δέμα είναι προπληρωμένο. Μάλλον πρέπει να κινηθούμε όλοι νομικά εναντίον τους. Οι διανομείς δε φταίνε. Κάνουν ότι μπορούν. Ντροπή! From 23/11 I have a package there and no movement. From what I see I am not the only one but that is the rule. I have placed other orders from other couriers in the middle of a pandemic and they came to me in 4-5 days at most. Whatever you say is a little. I am still waiting for an answer to two messages while on the phone you are connected to ... Cairo. That is why from now on NEVER order again from ELTA. I have it as a condition otherwise I do not place an order. The package is prepaid. We should probably all take legal action against them. Distributors are not to blame. They do what they can. Shame!
G	Giwrgos Pap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το δέμα μου παραμένει στο κέντρο διαλογής από 16/11 . Είναι φάρμακα κ επέλεξα κούριερ γι αυτό το λόγο ! Καθώς τηλεφώνησα μου είπαν να επικοινωνήσω με τα κεντρικά στα ΕΛΤΑ κούριερ (από το τηλ δεν βγάζω άκρη ο ενας μου ρίχνει την ευθύνη στον άλλον ), με ένα email μ απάντησαν " Το mail σας έχει προωθηθεί προς διαχείριση σε αρμόδιο τμήμα. Καταβάλουμε κάθε δυνατή προσπάθεια για την ταχύτερη δυνατή παράδοση όλων των αποστολών ". Εύχομαι ψοφος σε όλους τους υπεύθυνους ! ❤️ My parcel remains in the sorting center from 16/11. They are medicines and I chose couriers for this reason! As I called, they told me to contact the central ELTA couriers (I do not leave the phone, one of them blames the other), with an email they replied "Your mail has been forwarded to a competent department for management. We make every effort for the fastest possible delivery of all shipments ". I wish good luck to all those responsible! ❤️
N	Nikkie Υ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Περίμενα δέμα από Κίνα από τις 30/11. Ηρθε Πατρα, αλλα ποτέ δεν έφτασε σπίτι μου και δεν έλαβα ειδοποίηση παρότι ισχυρίζονται το αντίθετο. Έκανα δήλωση (CN17) και το έστειλα με φαξ στο Κ.Δ Αθηνας για να μπλοκαριστεί η επιστροφή και να μου ξανασταλεί. Απλά με αγνοήσαν και τελικά επιστάφει το προιον στην χώρα προέλευσης. Η δικαιολογία τους...'δεν το προλάβαμε', παρότι η δήλωση επιστροφής έγινε 2 μέρες νωρίτερα! Απλά απαράδεκτοι και αδικαιολόγητοι! Απορώ πάντως... δεν προβληματίζει κανέναν υπεύθυνο στα ΕΛΤΑ το ότι ολοι τους αξιολογούν με 1 αστέρι?? I have been waiting for a parcel from China since 30/11. He came to Patras, but he never reached my house and I did not receive a notification even though they claim the opposite. I made a statement (CN17) and sent it by fax to the Athens Police Department to block the return and send it to me again. They just ignored me and finally the product is returned to the country of origin. Their excuse ... 'we did not catch it', although the return statement was made 2 days earlier! Just unacceptable and unjustified! Anyway, I wonder ... does no one in charge at ELTA worry that everyone evaluates them with 1 star ??

N	Nikos V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λέει το δέμα μου είναι από τις 7/12 στο κέντρο διαλογής. 26/12 τώρα και ακόμα τπτ. Γελοίοι. Update: Στο site έλεγε ότι είναι στο κέντρο διαλογής, είχα πάει μια μέρα τυχαία στο ταχυδρομείο Βάρκιζας για μια δουλειά και ζήτησα να μου πουν μήπως ξέρουν που είναι η παραγγελία. Η παραγγελία ήταν στο ταχυδρομείο και το κουτί πάνω είχε 2 serial number εκτυπωμένα και σκαναραν το ένα και άφησαν το δέμα εκεί, 2 μέρες ακόμα και θα πήγαινε πίσω στην Ιαπωνία He says my parcel is from 7/12 at the sorting center. 26/12 now and still tpt. Ridiculous. Update: The site said it was in the sorting center, one day I happened to go to the Varkiza post office for a job and asked them to tell me if they know where the order is. The order was in the post office and the box above had 2 serial numbers printed and they scanned one and left the package there, 2 more days and it would go back to Japan
