Ήμουν όλη μέρα σπίτι και δεν υπάρχει καμμία ειδοποίηση. Είμαι σίγουρος ότι δεν ήρθαν καν. Στο 11120 δεν ξέρουν να σου πουν και λένε πάρτε στον Ταύρο και στον Ταύρο δεν βγάζεις γραμμή ποτέ. Αλήτες. Ν	Νίκος Ζιώγας on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη γενικά σαν εταιρία. Αλλά το συγκεκριμένο κέντρο παραλαβής είναι από τα χειρότερα. Το τηλέφωνο δεν το σηκώνουν ποτέ, ποτέ όμως. Έχει μια υπάλληλο , η ουρά είναι μέχρι έξω και όταν έρθει η σειρά σου η απογοήτευση της επικοινωνίας χτυπάει κόκκινο. Πραγματικά δεν έχω λόγια. Το πιο σπαστικό είναι ότι δεν μπορείς να παραλάβεις το δέμα σου εξαιτίας της ανικανότητας τους. Δλδ κάνουν που κάνουν ένα μήνα για παράδοση από Θεσσαλονίκη για Αθήνα , μετά δεν βγάζεις άκρη για να παραλάβεις. Unacceptable in general as a company. Ά	Άρτεμις Μ. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγικοί! Ήρθαν δύο φορές για παράδοση, δεν άφησαν κανένα χαρτάκι ότι ήρθαν αλλά και ούτε με κάλεσαν στο τηλέφωνο που αναγράφεται στα στοιχεία μου. Μάλιστα τη δεύτερη φορά, είχα αφήσει χαρτάκι στην εξώπορτα, ώστε να με καλέσουν σε περίπτωση που δε με βρούν, κάτι το οποίο δεν έγινε ποτέ. Επικοινωνία μηδέν! Στέλνουν ένα μήνυμα για να επικοινωνήσεις σε έναν αριθμό στον οποίο δεν απαντάει κανείς! Αναγκάστηκα να κάνω παράπονα στην εταιρεία από όπου και έκανα την παραγγελία, μήπως καταφέρει η ίδια να επικοινωνήσει μαζί τους μιας και συνεργάζονται. Στον Ταύρο δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να πάω, γιατί έχω πληρώσει αντικαταβολή, ας μάθουν να κάνουν σωστά τη δουλειά τους. Πλέον, θα αποφεύγω οποιαδήποτε εταιρεία συνεργάζεται με ΕΛΤΑ. Λυπάμαι! Tragic! Έκανα μια παραγγελία πριν 3 βδομάδες, η πρώτη προσπάθεια παράδοσης έγινε πριν την Πρωτοχρονιά και η δεύτερη σήμερα. Και στις δύο δεν χτύπησαν ποτέ κουδούνι, ούτε άφησαν χαρτάκι, ούτε πήραν και τηλέφωνο στο κινητό που έχω δώσει. Και να τονίσω ότι βρίσκομαι συνέχεια σπίτι. Τι περιμένουν δηλαδή να μυρίζουμε τα νύχια μας και να μαντέψουμε ότι ο κούριερ βρίσκεται από κάτω; Είναι δυνατόν; Μ'αρέσει που σου στέλνουν και στο βαιμπερ ένα σταθερό για να κανονιστεί νέα παράδοση και δεν το σηκώνουν ποτέ τα κ@ριόλι@. Τη πρώτη φορά δήθεν που δεν εντόπιζαν τη διεύθυνση (ενώ είχα δώσει όλα τα στοιχεία που χρειαζόταν και εκτός αυτού μπορούσαν να με πάρουν τηλέφωνο),τη δεύτερη φορά που ο διανομέας ακύρωσε την αποστολή χωρίς λόγο και αιτία και χωρίς να με ενημερώσει κανείς ενώ έχω πάρει τηλέφωνα και έχω στείλει email μπας και λάβω απάντηση και τη τρίτη φορά που περίμενα να'ρθει,φτάνει ο courier με κατεστραμμένο το δέμα σπασμένα τα μπουκάλια κρασίου και μου δίνει χαρτί να υπογράψω και παίρνει το κατεστραμμένο δέμα πίσω ενώ μπορούσε να με ενημερώσει εξαρχής ότι είναι κατεστραμμένο το δέμα και όχι να περιμένω τρείς μέρες μέσα στην αναμονή να παίρνω συνέχεια τηλέφωνα ενώ θα μπορούσαν να με καλέσουν έγκαιρα να μου πουν τι συμβαίνει και να χα κανονίσει αλλιώς το πρόγραμμα μου! Απορώ τι το χετε το ρημάδι το τηλέφωνο αν δεν το σηκώνετε ντροπή σας που ταλαιπωρείτε τον κόσμο! Είστε οι χειρότεροι! Unacceptable and 1 of them is too much! LIES! And now they want us to go there all the way from glyfada do pick up the package???? Is this a joke? The number for complaints doesn’t even pick up the phone! HORRIBLE TERRIBLE
