I have been here 3 times and NEVER have I been inside, cause apparently 1-3 hours is not enough to buy stamps. I want to buy stamps, and I need to wait about 3 hours to get them :D seems normal? No.
Today AGAIN there was 15people before me and it took 2 hours for my turn. 2 hours??? That means 8 minutes PER PERSON :D I'm sorry but there is no other excuse than being lazy. This is definitely the winner of all bad customer service so far.
This is not only ridicilous, it is very sad. Mail is very very important. Dont you feel embarassed?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's no way the wait times could get worse. After Giorgos, who was awesome, got moved elsewhere, the poor blonde woman is stuck with processing everyone. She's nice and efficient but one person cannot handle all these people. Every now and then, the brunette will actually come and help out. Last week, I pulled number 151 at 11:30. I looked up and they were on 73. Luckily some guy gave up and gave me his number 135. Even then, it was a THREE HOUR wait. Some hopeless optimistics were arriving at 2 pm trying to get a number. Going to another location as this one has become impossible.
