G	Gew P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η δεύτερη υπάλληλος κατέφθασε 10 παρά να ξεκινήσει τη δουλειά της και εμείς περιμέναμε καμια ώρα στην ουρά επειδή δεν υπήρχε δεύτερο άτομο να μας εξυπηρετήσει..επίσης το δέμα που αναζητούσα παραλίγο να μην το παραλάβω επειδή η αργοπορημένη υπάλληλος δεν το έβρισκε..με κατηγόρησε επίσης ότι δεν σηκώνω το τηλέφωνο ενώ δεν με πήρε κανείς ταχυδρόμος ποτέ. Ελληνικό δημόσιο!!!!! The second employee arrived at 10 instead of starting her job and we waited for an hour in line because there was no second person to serve us..also the package I was looking for almost did not receive it because the late employee could not find it..he also accused me that I do not pick up the phone while no postman has ever picked me up. Greek public !!!!!

One of the worst services. In summer you go, in winter you go you will always wait because there are fewer employees than needed. Public attitudes ....

Θα χάσετε τον χρόνο σας, ο προϊστάμενος ανύπαρκτος, τον κάνει οτι θέλει μια υπάλληλος δερβέναγας εκεί μέσα και άντε να βρεις το δίκιο σου.... Wish you did not have to go to be served. There really is no worse service. You will waste your time, the boss non-existent, does what a dervenagas employee wants in there and instead find your right ....

Πήγα να παραλάβω ενα δέμα (άνευ χρημάτων) και επειδή δεν είχα ταυτότητα δε μου το έδινε η κυρία στο ταμείο με τη δικαιολογία ότι δε με ήξερε. Τελικά έφυγα εμφανώς δυσαρεστημένος.. Εννοείται ότι δε ξαναπαταω . I will mention my last experience a few days ago. I have been a customer for over 15 years. I went to pick up a parcel (without money) and because I did not have an ID, the lady did not give it to me at the checkout on the pretext that she did not know me. Eventually I left visibly unhappy. Of course I'm not cheating again.
S	Spiros Argiros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλύτερα να κλείσει! Αγενής προσωπικό εκτός μιας υπαλλήλου ξανθιάς και θα ήταν πραγματικά κρίμα να μην την ξεχωρίσω από το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό. Έχω χάσει λογαριασμούς, κάρτα τράπεζας κλπ. Αποκορύφωμα ήταν ότι έλαβα συστημένο στις 14/03/2022 από επιτροπή ΕΦΚΑ ειδοποίηση για να περάσω στις 08/03/2022. Φυσικά δεν ευθύνονται ποτέ! Μου είπαν να παραπονεθω στο ΕΛΤΑ Πάτρας. Πραγματικά τι να πω? Better to close! Rude staff other than a blonde employee and it would be a real shame not to single her out from the rest of the staff. I have lost accounts, bank card, etc. The highlight was that I received a registered notification on 14/03/2022 from an EFKA committee to pass on 08/03/2022. Of course they are never responsible! I was told to complain to ELTA Patras. What can I really say?
