K	KONSTANTINOS V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το χειρότερο κατάστημα "ταχυμεταφορών" που υπάρχει, όχι μόνο της αλυσίδας ή της Αργολίδας αλλά πιθανότατα και της Ελλάδος. Είναι κρίμα να χαλάει το brand της εταιρείας. Δεν στέλνουν ποτέ ταχυμεταφορέα παρά καλούν τον παραλήπτη να πάει ο ίδιος να το πάρει, διώχνουν τους παραλήπτες όταν έχουν πολύ δουλειά με το επιχείρημα ότι το δέμα δεν το έχουν παραλάβει ενώ στο tracking εμφανίζεται ότι το έχουν, συχνά υπάρχουν ουρές λόγω του "συστήματος" που εφαρμόζουν, οι περισσότεροι υπάλληλοι είναι αγενείς... Το 1 αστέρι είναι πραγματικά πολύ. Ποτέ ξανά. The worst "courier" store that exists, not only in the chain or in Argolida, but probably in Greece as well. It is a pity that it spoils the company's brand. They never send a courier but invite the recipient to go and pick it up themselves, they chase the recipients when they have a lot of work with the argument that they have not received the parcel while in the tracking it appears that they have it, there are often queues due to the "system" apply, most employees are rude ... The 1 star is really a lot. Never again.

Also, on calling to find out where my delivery was, each time, they suggested that I pass by there store to collect my parcel instead of them delivering to my door. Cheek! I'm a customer and am paying for this service!!?
K	Kathleen Briggs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shall most certainly complain to the companies that I am ordering my goods from and request that they don't use this courier, if they still want my custom. I waited all day for the delivery to arrive. When it eventually arrived at 5.30pm, my mobile phone rang for about a second and I didn't have time to answer it!!! The courier consequently left without delivering. I rang their office immediately to request that he return, only to be told that I shall have to wait until the next day and at any unknown time! Their service is appalling!! It's Tragic!
