Helped very well when I lost my ID card. Tip: if you need a statement of loss, go to the tourist police.

I had a telephone conversation with someone, say, a gentleman, who was rude, hurried and not even in the mood to hear what I wanted to ask. I am sorry that such a person is in such a position.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and lovely. Amazingly cute seats in the colors of the belgian flag. Available for emergencies on the emergency number given on the website and quickly got a replacement passport during the weekend while my leaving flight was on monday morning!
