N	Nathalie Boulifard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dans un moment de grand désarroi après un vol à l'arrachée, direction l'ambassade de France pour obtenir un laisser passer pour prendre mon avion le lendemain . Hormis la "complexité "des démarches administratives surtout quand on a plus rien et malgré l'heure tardive ( proche de la fermeture), j'ai reçu un accueil très chaleureux et attentionné. Je suis pleine de gratitude vis à vis des gens qui m'ont accueilli et me suis sentie en sécurité dans ce lieu alors que l'extérieur était hostile. Apart from the "complexity" of the administrative procedures, especially when there is nothing left and despite the late hour (close to closing), I received a very warm and attentive welcome. Known as the Soul Mansion. Impressive three-storey building at the junction of Vasilissis Sofias and Akadimias streets. It was built in 1894 by the architect An. Metaxas for the Psycha family. Of particular interest are the modern decorative elements combined with the neoclassical style.
V	Victor Leman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible de les joindre par téléphone. Une dame a répondu après plusieurs tentatives mais m'a aussi tôt raccroché au nez. Unable to reach them by phone. A lady answered after several attempts but soon hung up on me.

Nous, personne n'a décroché. Pour ce qui est des réponses par mail, toujours à coté de la plaque, pas de réponses exploitables. Ça ne rassure pas les français de passage en Grèce. If you have the patience to call for a whole week without being answered and on the basis of 15/20 calls per day ... well done! Us, nobody picked up. Regarding responses by email, always beside the point, no usable responses. It does not reassure the French passing through Greece.

K	Karine BEGNIC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vol de mon portefeuille avec ma carte d'identité un vendredi à Athènes. Ambassade fermée jusqu'au lundi. Le lundi, surprise : accueil en anglais !!! Compliqué, pas d'explication claires pour les démarches (photographe juste en face, paiement en Espèce !!!!). On reste debout pendant toutes les démarches. Difficile quand on s'attend à être un peu écouter et soutenu lors de tels événements. Numéro de contact impossible à avoir... Bon courage à ceux qui devront faire les mêmes demandes... Theft of my wallet with my ID card on a Friday in Athens. Embassy closed until Monday. Monday, surprise: welcome in English !!! Complicated, no clear explanation for the steps (photographer opposite, payment in cash !!!!). We remain standing during all the procedures. Difficult when you expect to be listened to and supported during such events. Contact number impossible to have ... Good luck to those who will have to make the same requests ...
