★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sat here for a drink and a cigar after a long day. It has the BIGGEST cocktail catalogue I’ve ever seen! Ordered a Dark Knight composed of Diplomatico rum, Tonka, chocolate and it truly was a unique mouthgasm. Wish I had more days to spend here and discover more drinks. Cheers for the unique cocktail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found this place randomly as we were walking inside the castle and did not disappoint at all. All covid 19 measures are in place. We had brunch and quality of the food and service was astonishing. Plenty of options to choose from such omelettes, pancakes, salads, fruits, coffee etc. Great location and view of Monemvasia, nice fresh juices, great brunch and fast service and very polite staff. Overall very satisfied, would highly recommend. Very good prices as well. Just bear in mind that at night it serves best coctails ? inside the castle. Crowded in the summer period especially in the weekends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're in the area you really need to visit this ancient town. And if you're after a great lunch then this is the place to go. Very friendly staff, excellent Covid procedures and a great ambience. The menu is a struggle as you will want to order everything!! None of the orders from our table was a disappointment. Reasonable prices made for a good time. Was quite busy but worth waiting for a table!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Below average service, just like the one you'll find in most of the cafes/bars in the castle. The lady who checked our green passes was not particularly polite. After the security check :-) we sat down for a drink.
There were several wines on the list but only 2 were actually available... pathetic. We decided to have a coffee instead. The quality of the coffees was below average.
This attitude is typical in places like the castle of Monemvasia, with few exceptions of course. Many of the shop owners in the castle have an attitude that I despise. The castle is full of tourists throughout the year, so they don't care about being professional, they know they will have customers no matter what.
The place has a nice view but the service was bad. We will probably visit again in summer but our experience this time of year was dissapointing.
