Nous avons été accueillis par un jeune homme très souriant qui parlait parfaitement anglais et français !!! Très agréable, il nous à appris à ma copine et moi quelques mots qu'il a écrit sur une carte en phonétique (la politesse en Grec.) Incroyable ! Merci pour cet accueil si chaleureux ! Great products that all look as good as each other!!! We were welcomed by a very smiling young man who spoke perfect English and French!!! Very nice, he taught my girlfriend and me a few words that he wrote on a phonetic card (politeness in Greek.) Incredible! Thank you for such a warm welcome!

Πήγαμε για δοκιμή κρασιού τα οποία ήταν καταπληκτικά!! Αγοράσαμε και όλας ένα μπουκάλι κρασί το οποίο μας εντυπωσίασε η γεύση αλλά και η ιστορία του που μας την περιέγραψαν με θαυμασμό οι άνθρωποι του μαγαζιού!!! Επίσης αγόρασαμε ενα πολύ ωραίο γλυκό κουταλιού, στο οποίο έχουν πολλές γεύσης για να διαλέξεις πιο σ αρέσει πιο πολύ!!! Very beautiful shop with great products and a lot of variety !! The people of the shop are very kind, smiling and cheerful με We went for a wine tasting which was amazing !! We all bought a bottle of wine which impressed us with its taste and its story which was described to us with admiration by the people of the store !!! We also bought a very nice dessert, in which they have a lot of flavor to choose from, you like it more !!!

Χώρος καλαίσθητος, απόλυτα ταιριαστός με το Κάστρο της Μονεμβασιάς, σπουδαίας ποιότητας παραδοσιακά προϊόντα σε τίμιες τιμές. Οι ιδιοκτήτες, η Μαρία και ο γιος της, ο Γιάννης, εκ φύσεως ευγενικοί, φιλόξενοι και θετικοί, είτε αγοράσεις κάτι είτε όχι. Επισκεφθείτε το κατάστημα και θα καταλάβετε τι θα πει υψηλό επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης. Οι δε όποιες αγορές σας, απλώς θα σας δικαιώσουν πανηγυρικά για την επιλογή σας. Any positive words are few for this store and its owners. Elegant space, perfectly matched with the Castle of Monemvasia, great quality traditional products at fair prices. The owners, Maria and her son, Giannis, are by nature polite, hospitable and positive, whether you buy something or not. Visit the store and you will understand what a high level of service means. And any of your purchases will just justify you solemnly for your choice.

C	Caspar Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply the most fabulous shop I’ve ever been in. Yiannis, Maria and her helpful colleagues are nothing short of a pleasure to speak with. Knowledgable, passionate and hospitable - we returned 3 times to purchase wine, oil, honey, olive, pasta, sweet olives (ask for the Kalamata sweet olives - a real treat!), mountain tea - the list goes on. Thank you so much to such a friendly team - if only ALL shopping was like this I might accompany my lady a little more often on her excursions! 5 stars is not enough. Efharisto!!!

I was there with my wife and my son looking at some hand-made soaps on sale. The lady at the store offered myself and my wife some local wine to taste and she explained where it comes from. I happen to know a lot about Laconian wine so I can tell that the price of the wine was normal, considering the location of the store. I have been to other touristy places (especially in Italy) where local wine is sold at triple price in similar stores than you can find it at the winery or at the supermarket. This is not the case here. Anyway, we said thanks without buying anything and continued our walk and the lady greeted us back with the same warm and polite manner. I just wish all shop owners had similar attitude, not just in Greece but everywhere in the world and not just try to rip tourists off. Highly recommended, 5 stars!!!

It is very cute and small, but there is a quite big selection of different local things (food, herbs, wine, gin, soaps, creams for face and body etc). The family who owns/keeps this shop was the most lovely also. So friendly and happy and positive people. We have never felt more welcome. We went there every day when we were in Monemvasia and every day they welcomed us and gave us free degustations on different wines and gin and sweets. We just loved that mother and son combo. Thank you for everything!
