Fair resort, very very clean, staff super nice & customer oriented, very good price / quality report. The snacks at lunch were quite easy & nice. Unfortunatelly, the 4 days we booked was extremely windy so we had to travel east each day at least 2 hours to be able to stay at the beach. That was pretty annoying.

Sandy beach, shallow water, clean and very long. Ideal for children. The hotel offers umrellas and sun beds for no additional cost other than what is consumed at the nice beach bar. Definitely worth your time. We just spent most of the day there...

I do not recommend this place if you are looking for a beautiful beach close to your hotel. There is nothing around this hotel and the „beach view“ is quite disappointing. You have to rent a bike or car to drive to nice places. The distance by car to nice beaches is around 25-40 minutes. Also the pictures are photoshopped. If you expect a clear view to the sea then you will be disappointed as they have installed screens 1 m high and do not really clean them. Food and service is good. Service team very friendly and always happy to help. From the airport to this hotel 110€! Keep this in mind.

The hotel is situated on a hill overlooking the beach. The first thing that hits you is it's size probably because there aren't many other buildings around it and the fact that it's on a hill makes it's presents more noticeable, which I really like. The overall picture it gives you upon arrival especially at night is no doubt a 5 star rating. The sheer size of the building plus all the private pools, sea waves sounds from the background just makes you want to stay there. This chapter here is solely based on my personal opinion. I think the rooms are not spacious enough. The wardrobe in the room has space for hanging your clothes but no surfaces to place your folded clothes. So your options is to leave your clothes in your suitcase or manage with the little space left next to the safe. The shower cabin is also small even for a small person, and when it's closed there is space for water to escape. There are no glasses to store your toothbrush/paste nor are there surfaces to place your toiletries. The bedside table had little room to even hold a book, you would have to take away the room phone and the info book to make space. Another thing is you can't make calls out of your room, so if you needed to call a taxi or someone you would have to go to the reception to do that no matter what time it is. Moving on to the individual outside space (balcony/terrace) one would have to pray no rain falls because if it does your space will be soaked. They intentionally left spaces between the roofing for what reason I don't know. There are no lights on the balcony and there were times the lights outside won't go on which made us nearly tripped couple of times. I was personally disappointed when I found out the spa area was just a tiny space with 2 beds and a shower. No saunas, steam bath or whatsoever one would expect from a hotel spa. The therapist herself was very good but I'm sorry it shouldn't be called a spa. If placing 2 stretchers somewhere qualify to be called a spa then I guess we all have a spas. Now the lounge area, pool bar as beautiful as it is. It just lacks privacy, it would be ok if it was a huge space so you could maybe pick out a quiet space, you would have the feeling you're being babysat which is accommodating but I personally don't like being on display. The staff are all competent, super friendly and motivated. And I really enjoyed my stay over there. The staff are only criteria I would rate 5 out of 5. This is a hotel that promised much due to it's size, glitz and location but has room for improvement. The good thing is it's a new hotel and construction is still undergoing so there's hope. It's always the little things that sets us apart. Would I recommend this hotel, no doubt yes. The staff alone is already reason enough.

We had a swim-up room, which was great and the view was nice as well. The Food the dinner buffet was not good but the room service food was fine.

Really disappointed by this hotel. We read all the great reviews and were so excited to go here. We had a room with private pool and couldn't wait for the amazing view everyone keeps talking about. It was our honeymoon it was really special for us. We arrived and at first they gave us a room right next to the dinner terrace, literally a meter away (see picture). I was shocked they even had such a room, as you pay extra to have a private pool it doesn't make sense to me to have everyone seeing your pool. So I kindly asked to change rooms and we were offered another one, but were in the back corner of the hotel and had no view at all...So next day I ask kindly again if it's possible to have a room with view, as some of the ones with view seemed empty. The lady calls someone and then tells me they're fully booked and doesn't propose any solution at all. However when I checked online that evening I saw they had other rooms available for our dates, and we saw many people after us check into these rooms...This kind of ruined our stay, just know that the rooms are not equal at all, so if you are lucky you'll get view on the sea and mountains and if not you'll get view on people eating or the room in front.. Another big problem is the parking is not big enough at all, so one day there were no spaces left (hotel wasn't even full) and we had to park by the beach. When we got to our car the next day, it was super dirty because of some deposits form the trees above. Also the shower doesn't have a door so there is water everywhere on the bathroom floor, and if you need to use the toilet after, you get your feet all wet which is not the best feeling. Two stars for the great cocktails, and service staff is super kind.

Great rooms and great food. The various pools are stunning, but there's the very accessible beach as well of course.

Nice and sweat personal but the hotel has many negative points! Also, please, if your guests are very disappointed getting a room directly on the “street” of the hotel, and being seen of everyone while spending time in their room…make sure you make your clients happy in providing them a new room where they can feel comfortable! The good thing is that you’ll find a lot of local recipes or foods at the buffet. But sometimes the quality is not very nice. The hotel is mostly all made of concrete, and there is almost no green, you are on front of the sea but the road also! The rooms look nice, the bed gave me a huge backache. I wouldn’t recommend much this place. Also for the swim up rooms, you are seen of everyone if you take a bath! There is no privacy respected…
