E	Ewelina Su on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good place to stay for kids and adults. Clean rooms, unfortunately we missed a room with a sea view. The food is very good. Big regards to the Head of the waiter's team. It controls the restaruant very well. Greeks are very polite (women a little less;))

Especially Stavros was really helpful and his German skills have been amazing. The rooms have been good. It was small but clean and everything new. The reason why it's only 4 stars... The food was nearly everyday the same. It was OK but it could have been better. I can totally recommend this hotel If your planing holiday with kids in Crete. Friendly animation team, pools good and clean and you can play at the beach in the sand with them. The best thing for my son was the walk at the promenade in iapetra with shopping and siting in several restaurants. He wants to go back there he said to me... :)
M	Martin M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were at the hotel at the end of September, the hotel is nice, the service is nice but they have a problem with cleanliness and viruses. Our whole family suffered from serious stomach problems for 3 days. we weren't the only ones at the hotel. conversations with others resulted that practically everyone was ill (including staff and animators.) despite the beautiful beach, good location and nice interior of the hotel, the trip was rather unsuccessful. The hotel did not respect the restrictions, the staff in the restaurant went without gloves, which certainly contributed to the viral stomach problems of the guests .... They looked as if they did not care about it at all.

The staff working in the pool side Taverna were especially helpful and friendly. ZAll the staff were friendly and always willing to help. Facilities were kept clean and overall this is by far one of my favorite hotels in Crete. We will definitely be back. Great for families. We were a family of 5 with a 8 year old a 13 year old and a 18 year old and they all loved it.

O	Ola Zajda-Korencka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, but have a lot of negliency. For children - cold water, dirty atraction, my child was sad. Beds are uncomfortable. Food - not many position. For me - I will not back again for sure.

I'm 16 years old and I was there with my family and at first I was a bit afraid that it would be boring, but it wasn't. The suits were very modern and were always clean. In the buffet there was always a variety of dishes and there was something for everyone. It's really practical that the sea is right in front of the hotel, which is absolutely great. There was also enough animation and the animation team was always friendly and funny. Water sports are also provided, but that was a bit too expensive for me personally. I found the service particularly great, all the waiters were super nice and helpful and my favorites were the bar people Michael, Alex and Sofia, everyone was really nice and all of them were always hard at work. To sum it up, it was one of the best vacations I have ever had and thank you very much for it.
