P	PorscheOlli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Von einer freundlichen Frau begrüßt. Die Übergabe wurde von einem etwas unfreundlichen Griechen durchgeführt. Alles im allen kann man hier ein Auto mieten. Es gibt aber bessere Anbieter in Agios Nikolaos, die zum Beispiel das Auto zum Hotel bringen und wieder abholen. Immer von zu Hause aus buchen, weil vor Ort ist es zu teuer. Und man sollte darauf achten das Fahrzeug früher abzugeben als man ausgemacht hat, sonst zahlt die Versicherung nicht mehr. Greeted by a friendly woman. Hatten den Wagen online aus Deutschland gebucht und bezahlt. Deutlich günstiger als wenn wir uns vor Ort einen Wagen gemietet hätten. The massive Greek who served us was not too friendly but both the pick-up and delivery of the rental car went smoothly. Booked and paid for the car online from Germany. Much cheaper than if we had rented a car on site.

Nous avions confirmé la réservation la veille mais lorsque nous nous sommes présentés le jour J la réservation avait été annulée et la voiture louée à d’autres personnes au motif que nous nous étions présentés en retard! Comment est-il possible d’annuler une réservation qui a été intégralement payée et confirmée sans même chercher à joindre le client?! C’est une pratique commerciale inadmissible qui nous a mis en difficulté. La dame de l’agence n’a du tout été conciliante. Elle a même été extrêmement désagréable. Je déconseille fortement cette agence !!! To avoid! We had booked a car through the online site prior to our departure. We had confirmed the reservation the day before but when we showed up on D-Day the reservation had been canceled and the car rented to other people on the grounds that we had shown up late! How is it possible to cancel a reservation that has been fully paid and confirmed without even trying to reach the customer ?! It was an unacceptable business practice that got us into trouble. The lady at the agency was not conciliatory at all. She was even extremely rude. I strongly advise against this agency !!!
B	B Br on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uns wurde unser Auto aufgebrochen und unsere Wertsachen gestohlen. Die Autovermietung war sofort zur Stelle und sehr verständnisvoll. Die Tankfüllung musste nicht bezahlt werden und der Ersatzmietwagen für den nächsten Tag wurde uns kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt um die Behördengänge zu erledigen. All das war für uns nicht selbstverständlich und wir waren sehr dankbar! Danke Enterprise Our car was broken into and our valuables stolen. The car rental company was there immediately and very understanding. The tank filling did not have to be paid for and the replacement rental car for the next day was made available to us free of charge to deal with the authorities. A	Adrian Enthofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rent a car through our travel agency. The pick up: Arranged time was 10.00 am. I came on time, was welcomed by a very friendly woman and everything was already prepared. She explained to me all the paperwork in very good English. We went trough every detail so I could follow the procedure and understand everything. This also gave me the assurance, no one wants to cheat on me. Then we got to the car and did the pre rental inspection together. She quickly explained the car itself and we did the last signature. The car itself was very clean, simple but like expected. Everything worked perfectly it was perfect for what we were planning to do. The return: again welcomed by a very friendly guy. He quickly checked the car and the fuel level, did the paperwork and everything was done. Resume: Very professional and recommendable car rental service. We payed 32€ for a C Category car for 24h and were very happy with it.
M	M Sage on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to arrange, friendly service, quick to do the paperwork and a nice car with low mileage. Would prefer to have a full tank policy than half tank but no big issue. Used the voucher on their map and saved €10 on the boat trip, too.
T	Thomas Beech on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great service from the team at Enterprise in Agio Nikolaos. A special shout out to Bernie for sorting out the booking etc for us. I wasn't aware I required a passport and a driving licence to be shown upon arrival, she was however very understanding. She is very knowledgeable of the island and gave us lots of tips and tricks to driving in Crete and so on. She also gave us a map of the island and highlighted the best bits to see. The car received was clean, reasonably priced and in line with the category I had booked.
