L	Lungu Vlad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked it as a last minute holiday and we hadn't checked the reviews unfortunately. The hotel is a disaster. The all inclusive is a joke. The food they serve there is unimaginable. Is just boiled meat and vegetables. No taste, no flavor and just unbeatable. The drinks are just water with flavoured powder. If you want any alcoholic drinks you can not have the good stuff. By good stuff i mean the normal brands. The drinks they prepare is with some unknown russian brands which are horrible. I asked for a Johnny Walker's and the guy from the bar didn't even know what it was and how much it cost. He have me the menu to search and tell him the price. I have no ideea how they got 4* because i have been in 2* stars with better service. The air conditioning is like you have a motor in your room and you can not leave it open when you leave because you get just one key so every time you get back is like a sauna. At least they cleaned the room every day that's a good thingh. The other thing i noticed was that almost everyone in the hotel was Russian including the staff, and everything was target to them. If you wanna stay in Agios nikolaos you will find loads of good hotels with better price and service.
R	Rebecca Nolan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a nice stay - the room was quiet and had the basics. The air-conditioning worked well and there was a fridge & freezer. The shower was great. The check in was okay, we had to wait a few minutes because the receptionist could not find our booking but that was quickly resolved.
O	Ozan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In compare with another hotels in Agios Nikolaos the price of this hotel and the cleanness of the rooms are OK but these are the only things which are positive. Mostly this hotel is working with travel agencies. With this in view management and personal behave themselves very rude. It's interesting that one person can be the one who is taking dirty plates after and barmen in the same time. You are allowed to go to roof where you can sit by tables and have nice view of the city but you can't take your drinks there although there is no written restriction. Internet is by payment which is unnormal for Cretan hotels.
M	Michael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here recently for 2 nights. The receptionist from Georgia was really friendly and helpful and gave us good advice. The location is really good, close to the beach and also 6-7 minutes walking to the lake / center. The hotel is big but due to covid not many people were staying here and some of the facilities were not available. For the price we paid for 2 nights, there is nothing to complain about. Clean rooms, spacious bathroom and terrace with amazing sea view also available. Breakfast was okay. The only downside is the hard bed, but we had it so far in every hotel on Crete.

Staff, food, drinks awfull Room view is a joke Swimming pool so tiny and no sun because too much building in the area I told you the worst hostel I've done We tried unsuccessful to get refund with a lot of unhappy customers You can easy pass your way

My concern is more about the personal touch and the kindness that a staff hotel should have. Long story short, I was calling the hotel telling them that we need to reschedule our trip and whether it was possible to help us providing a voucher to do so. The receptionist repeatedly and rudely told me, “not our business just check the terms and conditions of your booking”. So based on this I would never walk a step even close to the structure. BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE IN THIS WORLD.
