F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο καναπές ως προϊόν πολύ καλό, αλλά στην παράδοσή του προέκυψαν τα εξής προβλήματα: 1) Καθυστέρησε 2 εβδομάδες η παράδοση σε σχέση με τις αρχικά 50 ημέρες που μας είχαν ενημερώσει ότι θα χρειαστούν. 2) Οι μεταφορείς έβγαλαν τα μαξιλάρια του (μπεζ) καναπέ από τη συσκευασία, τα ακούμπησαν στο πάτωμα στην είσοδο της οικοδομής και τα μετέφεραν με τα χέρια έως το διαμέρισμα, με αποτέλεσμα να γεμίσουν χώματα, σκόνες και μαύρα σημάδια από δαχτυλιές. Ο καναπές δηλαδή ήθελε πολύ καθάρισμα εξ αρχής και κάποια σημάδια δεν φεύγουν. 3) Στο κατάστημα δεν ενημέρωσαν καθόλου για την επιπλέον χρέωση που απαιτείται για τη μεταφορά στο διαμέρισμα με ανυψωτικό. Μολονότι τους είχαμε ενημερώσει ότι το διαμέρισμα είναι στον τρίτο όροφο, το ασανσέρ είναι πολύ μικρό και η πολυκατοικία παλιά, δεν σκέφτηκε κανείς να μας επισημάνει ότι στην ιδιαίτερα πιθανή περίπτωση που χρειαστεί ανυψωτικό για τον τριθέσιο καναπέ που παραγγείλαμε θα υπάρξει επιπλέον κόστος 50 ευρώ, που δεν περιλαμβάνεται στα έξοδα μεταφοράς που είχαμε ήδη καταβάλει. Επισημαίνω ότι η συμφωνία μας με το κατάστημα και το κόστος μεταφοράς που πληρώσαμε ήταν για τη μεταφορά έως και μέσα στο διαμέρισμα. Άρα είχαμε ελλιπέστατη ενημέρωση για το συνολικό κόστος που πολύ πιθανόν θα προέκυπτε. Για το επιπλέον κόστος 50 ευρώ μας ενημέρωσε ο μεταφορέας και έπρεπε να το καταβάλλουμε κιόλας άμεσα εκείνη την ώρα για να έρθει το ανυψωτικό και να μην μείνει ο καναπές στην είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας. Αγόρασα στρώμα Και ζήτησα να έρθει τεχνικός να ελέγξει για ποιο λόγο κάνει τσακιση στην άκρη που προκλήθηκε από την μεταφορά και ήθελα να κάνω χρήση της εγγύησης . Έκανε πως δεν υπήρχε κάτι και πως τα ελατήρια ήταν μια χαρά . Μπούρδες . Επίσης προσπαθούσε να αποφύγει ότι το φταίξιμο είναι δικό τους βρίσκοντας δικαιολογίες για τα σανίδια και το χίλια δυο . Απατεώνες δείτε καλά τι έχουν για προϋποθέσεις εγγύησης και θα καταλάβετε . Υ.γ το στρώμα που είναι πάνω από ένα μήνα προσφορά δεν είναι προσφορά είναι ελλατωματικο . Προσοχή . Unacceptable behavior. Μετά από 2+ χρόνια χρήσης, χωρίς παιδιά σκυλιά, κάθεσαι και βρίσκεις σκελετό, τα μαξιλάρια γίνονται 1εκ όταν κάθεσαι. Άλλες επιφανειες μέσα από το ύφασμα του καναπέ έχουν κάτι σαν νάυλον που το ακούς όταν το πατάς, αλλού δεν έχει τίποτε, αλλού πετάγονται τα συρραπτικα. Επίσης ο ίδιος καναπές στο stock τμήμα, τελευταίο κομμάτι,είχε αρχική 1400+ μετά από δύο χρόνια και με την έκπτωση 700+. Ρεσιτάλ..
