D	Daniela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Close to the beach. Negative: We booked an apartment, but they gave us studio, on the ground floor, where all guests where passing around.No privacy at all! When I told that we booked something different they said that they don't have any room available.Last day when we went to pay they were sorry they realized that they made a mistake giving us the studio. At least they gave us the price for studio.(no any compensation for the mistake, if this was actually "a mistake")Be careful what you get. I know in the high season this must be the way how they get the property fully used as we were only 2persons to be accommodated in the apartment for 4. But I booked something so I expect to get it not to be tricked..
G	GM Fontana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is friendly, but shower very little, price not so good for the position and the quality of the apartment. Not particularly clean. But most of all very noisy (the wall are so thin that you can hear what the neighbor is saying). In general acceptable but not very recommended. Aircon works perfectly. Ciao ciao

They are very good people. The house is very calm and comfortable and they make all your requests very quickly. Yes, I will definitely come back to stay here if I come to Crete and I advise all my friends about this hotel. Thank you for this kind treatment
