★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Интересное место. Сложно понять, что заставляет людей выбирать такое место. Тем не менее, две квартиры (сюда по двум дверным звонкам), камин (видно и трубу и след от дыма), электричество, гарантия непротекания крыши ближайшие 5-10 миллионов лет и красивый вид с балкона имеют свои преимущества, наверное :).
 Interesting place. It’s hard to understand what makes people choose such a place. Nevertheless, two apartments (here at two doorbells), a fireplace (you can see both the chimney and the smoke trail), electricity, a guarantee of no leakage of the roof for the next 5-10 million years and a beautiful view from the balcony have their advantages, probably :).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Endroit très isolé par rapport à Kastraki. Il faut suivre la route pour s'y rendre ou l'un des nombreux chemins de randonnée. Une petite église vous permettra de vous reposer et de profiter d'un paysage de rochers très enserré. Deux monastère troglodytes se font presque face l'un et l'autre. On ne peut les visiter mais seulement apprécier l'architecture des lieux et leur assemblage dans cette roche abrupte. C'est assez fascinant d'imaginer la retraite des personnes qui ont choisi d'y vivre.
Very isolated place compared to Kastraki. You have to follow the road to get there or one of the many hiking trails. A small church will allow you to rest and enjoy a landscape of rocks very close. Two troglodyte monasteries are almost facing each other. We can not visit them but only appreciate the architecture of the places and their assembly in this steep rock. It's quite fascinating to imagine the retirement of the people who chose to live there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hermitage was not open for visitor but you can still do a short hike and reach here comfortably. We met a local that travelled down using the cable car. Despite difficulty in explaining English he tried his best, this left such good impression for me towards the local Greek! Best thing about this place? No other tourist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very quiet place, unlike other at Monasteries. Probably yYou can feel the life of hermitages. We were there in the early evening and the weather started to rain. It's still a cool place if you have two hours or more after visiting the Monasteries.
