Β	Βασια Ανανιαδη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο, καθαρό και ζεστό κάτι που είναι απαραίτητο για μια πόλη όπως τα Ιωάννινα !! Η τοποθεσία του είναι εξαιρετική ,στο κέντρο της πόλης Με τα πόδια φτάνεις τα πάντα μέσα σε 5’ Το μόνο που ίσως θα άλλαζα είναι τα μαξιλάρια στο κρεβάτι καθώς δεν είναι ανατομικά και «δυσκολεύουν» στον ύπνο Wonderful hotel, clean and warm, something that is necessary for a city like Ioannina !! Its location is great in the city center On foot you can reach everything in 5 ' The only thing I might change is the pillows on the bed as they are not anatomical and "make it difficult" to sleep
C	Christina thanopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καθαρά και όμορφα δωμάτια, όμως αυτό αντισταθμίζεται με την ΑΦΙΛΟΞΕΝΗ στάση του ιδιοκτήτη. 1ο αρνητικό:όταν συνειδητοποίησαν στην τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία που κάλεσα να κλείσω το δωμάτιο πως οι ημερομηνίες είναι του τριημέρου αύξησαν 30€ την τιμή(από 60 που ειπαν αρχικά σε 90€ οπως φαίνεται στη φωτογραφία τη βραδιά!). 2ο: ζητήσαμε την Κυριακή late check out και η χρέωση ανέβηκε στα 130€ (90+40) 3ο: το πρωινό που υπήρχε στο δωμάτιο δεν ήταν αντάξιος της τιμής των 90€ Φεύγοντας εξέφρασα τη δυσαρέσκεια μου στον ιδιοκτήτη και μια από τις απαντήσεις ήταν πως ήμασταν κλειστά τόσο καιρό και έχουμε χάσει πολλά λεφτά! Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας! Very clean and beautiful rooms, but this is offset by the inhospitable attitude of the owner. * 1st negative: when they realized in the telephone communication that I called to close the room that the dates are for three days, they increased the price by 30 € (from 60 they initially said to 90 € as shown in the photo at night!). * 2nd: we requested late check out on Sunday and the charge went up to 130 € (90 + 40) 3rd: the breakfast in the room was not worth the price of 90 € Leaving I expressed my dissatisfaction with the owner and one of the answers was that we were closed for so long and we lost a lot of money! The conclusion is yours to make!
G	George Sou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικό!!! Πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο, όμορφα δωμάτιο, άνετα και ευρύχωρα πολύ καθαρά και ηχομονωμένα,. Το μπάνιο μεγάλο. Πολύ καθαρά, σεντόνια και πετσέτες αλλαγή κάθε δεύτερη ημέρα. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική πέντε λεπτά από το κέντρο και δίπλα από την παλιά πόλη. Τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν ψυγείο, εστία, βραστήρα και φούρνο μικροκυμάτων καθώς και νεροχύτη. Δεν προσφέρεται πρωινό, αλλά κάθε ημέρα προσφέρονταν στο δωμάτιο χυμοί, φρυγανιές μαρμελάδα και κρουασάν, νερό, βούτυρο, μέλι. Επίσης υπήρχαν τσάι καφές και σερβίτσιο. Πάρκινγκ έξω από το ξενοδοχείο, αν δεν υπήρχε με μικρή χρέωση 3 ευρώ λίγο παρακάτω.Οι άνθρωποι εξυπηρετικοί και πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν. Γενικά όλα εξαιρετικά και κανένα παράπονο. Excellent!!! Newly renovated, beautiful room, comfortable and spacious, very clean and soundproofed. The bathroom is large. Very clean, sheets and towels change every other day. The location is excellent five minutes from the center and next to the old town. The rooms have a refrigerator, stove, kettle and microwave as well as a sink. Breakfast is not offered, but every day juices, toast, jam and croissants, water, butter, honey were offered in the room. There was also tea, coffee and tableware. Parking outside the hotel, if there was not a small charge of 3 euros just below. People helpful and willing to help. Overall all excellent and no complaints.

l	l-o-l on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very new. The rooms are clean and well maintained. They clean the rooms daily. The location is good, just a short walking distance from the old city and city center.

The owners are always very polite and willing to help with everything! I happened to forget some personal stuff in the hotel, and they were more than happy and willing to help me immediately!
