★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The air condioning in the room wasn't working and the staff wasn't helpful. More importantly, there weren't hot water in the shower - the staff claimed that everything is on and the water should be hot buy in fact they weren't. Very annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great price for the service. Great location. Most other needed service within walking distance (nail, hair, massage, face treatments, shopping, restaurants, banks etc)
Courteous front desk service helpful with general info, relaxed about leaving a day earlier than expected. Would recommend for couples too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel egnatia is placed at central spot near the centre of the city it is not renovated but it is clean and close to the market It’s possible to leave the car in the local underground parking after informing the hotel , prices are low

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel in in the city centre, has parking and cheap prices. But it is old, needs urgent refurnished, it does not have a hairdryer and has problems du to its age.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location less than ten minutes walk from the lake and right in the heart of the restaurants and bars.The bus station is a ten minute walk and the hotel has its own underground parking free for guests.Economical clean rooms with good air-conditioning,a fridge and decent sized bathroom and also a small balcony.Just the ticket!

Dirty towels, bathroom door not closing, vandalized furniture, etc.
Worse condition hotel I've ever experienced.
