Erossea Villa is one of the central located properties on the Caldera in Imerovigli, magic view towards the sunset, spacious open terrace with heated private pool, luxury accommodation for family, friends or couples looking for private Villa stay. Deep recommend this place to all who are looking for awesome stay in Santorini during their holiday. Breakfast is included in the price.

In April 2021 we booked a three night stay at Erossea for June 2022 using Airbnb -- more than a year in advance. We chose it in part because it seemed as if it was professionally managed. Svatava, the property manager, confirmed our booking immediately and sent me a note offering a warm welcome for the future stay. We proceeded to build our trip to multiple Greek islands around our reservation at Erossea. We planned for it to be a multi-generational vacation and purchased airline tickets as did our extended family. Our kids were excited about the trip and looking at pictures of the property during the pandemic gave them and all of us something to look forward to. In December 2021 Svatava called me to let me know she was cancelling the reservation. She said that the party staying at the property ahead of us wanted to extend their visit and that because their stay would be longer than ours, she felt that she needed to prioritize them. She said that as someone who works in the business world I should understand that she needed to prioritize profit. By this time most comparable properties were sold out and we were stuck. Svatava offered to help find additional properties, but she was so eager to get rid of us that she gave us inaccurate information about the back-up options. For example, she told us one of the back-up options was in Oia when it was actually just outside Fira. We ended up needing to book a hotel with separate rooms in a part of the island where we didn't prefer to stay. I'm sure this property is great if management keeps your reservation, but I would not trust them.

We had a fabulous time staying at Erossea Villa - everything was perfect!!! Property was bright and super clean, breakfast was delicious, and service was impeccable. Svati was extremely helpful throughout our stay and even before we arrived at Santorini. She suggested the best dining venues and day beach clubs and made all necessary arrangements. Erossea Villa itself is gorgeous - we couldn’t take enough pictures to memorialize it. Bring your professional camera :) Definitely suggest opening a few bottles of champagne and enjoying the sunset :) The highlight of our stay in Santorini was the private catamaran cruise - I am so happy I listened to Svati and booked the cruise. Wow - what a memory!!! Thank you Svati - really appreciate all your help and making our vacation so special and memorable!!! We cannot wait to come back again :)
