S	Startups Sense on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι απαράδεκτο να μην υπάρχει εκπρόσωπος μετά τις 20:00 στον αιώνα της ταχύτητας και της άμεσης εξυπηρέτησης. Είναι εδώ και έξι μέρες αδύνατο να πραγματοποιήσω συναλλαγή σε φυσικό κατάστημα μέσω POS, δεν απαντούν σε email και μετά από 40 λεπτά αναμονής κλείνει η τηλεφωνική γραμμή αυτόματα. It is unacceptable not to have a representative after 20:00 in the century of speed and prompt service. Μετα απο πολλες τηλεφωνικες αποπειρες επικοινωνιας με την υποστηριξη πελατων και μετα απο τουλαχιστον 40 λεπτα αναμονης απλα μου το κλεινουν στα μουτρα. Μετα λεμε για τον δημοσιο τομεα. Υποτιθεται ιδιωτικος τομεας και σοβαρη τραπεζα με τετοια αντιμετωπιση. This one star goes for the unacceptable telephone section of the national. After many telephone attempts to contact customer support and after at least 40 minutes of waiting, they just close it in my face. Then we talk about the public sector. It's supposed to be a private sector and a serious bank with such an approach.
Α	ΑΝΤΩΝΙΟΣ ΤΣΟΛΑΚΙΔΗΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κακιστη εξυπηρετηση. Εχω σοβαρο θεμα με το e shop μου εξαιτιας τους εδω και 3 εβδομαδες. Δεν εχω λαβει απαντηση ουτε με μειλ ουτε μεσω τηλεφωνου. Οι γραμμες πεφτουν και εγω χρεωνομαι και ακομα δεν μου εχουν απαντησει. Δεν εχω λογια. Μετανιωσα την ωρα και τη στιγμη που συνδεθηκα με την Εθνικη Τραπεζα. Μακραν η χειροτερη επιλογη για οποιοδηποτε. Ειδικα για επιχειρησεις. Τους προκαλω αν θελουν να επικοινωνησουν και μαζι μου. Τα στοιχεια μου τα εχουν. Αλλα οι διευθυνταδες δε δεχονται να μιλησουν, παρα βαζουν τις κοπελιτσες να τραβηξουν ολο το ζορι. Bad service. I have a serious issue with my e shop because of them for 3 weeks. I have not received an answer either by mail or by phone. The lines are falling and I am being charged and they have not answered me yet. I have no words. I regretted the time and the moment I connected with the National Bank. By far the worst choice for anyone. Especially for businesses. I challenge them if they want to contact me too. They have my data. But the managers do not accept to speak, they allow the girls to pull all the force.

Οταν φτασετε σε σημειο να συνεννοηθειτε μεταξυ σας τηλεφωνικο κεντρο-κεντρικα και υποκαταστημα , μετα ισως μπορεσετε να συνεννοηθειτε και με τον κοσμο You are all goats and only for the festivals. D	DIMITRA Koufogianni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ το τηλεφωνικό τους κέντρο δεν έχει ιδέα για την πλειοψηφία των ερωτημάτων των πελατών.... τα τηλέφωνα τον καταστημάτων δεν απαντούν για κανένα λόγο... μιλά ο τηλεφωνητής και μετά κλείνει η γραμμή... για την πιο απλή πληροφορία πρέπει να πας σε κατάστημα κι αυτό εάν το βρεις, διότι έχουν κλείσει τα περισσότερα!!!! ( τα σχόλια κυρίως για το κατάστημα Αιόλου και τα γύρωθεν καταστήματα του κέντρου!!!) their call center has no idea about the majority of customers's questions .... the shops's phones do not answer for any reason ... the answering machine speaks and then the line closes ... for the simplest information you have to go to store and this if you find it, because most have closed !!!! (the comments mainly about the Aeolus store and the surrounding stores of the center !!!)
