★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Cretan people are so nice. Everything about this hotel is great. My favorite place was the pool bar. Remember to tip! I certainly will be back.
We visited in may, off season, and we preferred less people before longer opening hours and maybe less services as a whole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful hotel with impressive facilities. BUT beware that the hotel does NOT have any heated pools which can be a negative surprise in a spring family vacation in May. The indoor pool is restricted to adults only and exceptionally was opened for families from 9am-10am only. For us travelling with a toddler that was an unfortunate situation as our little one could not experience what she loves most. Swimming and splashing in a warm pool.
All in all, a good experience but we would not return for a "warm spring vacation" as intended.
N.B. - the chefs grill restaurant is top notch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Euphoria Resort is a Five Star resort, living up to its expectations and beyond. Top-class staff, service, amenities, food and Suites. We had a lovely stay and the welcoming was amazing, There’s nothing they couldn’t accompany us with during our stay. Overall a great experience, you can tell that they care about health
and fitness, very family friendly as well.
We’ll be back some day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, lovely clean and modern surroundings. All day waiter service for drinks from the pool bar. Food was good quality, for lunch there was nice, fresh healthy options as well as good pizza etc, a large selection of tasty dishes are available each evening. Pool was very cold. Could do with a games area with table tennis and a pool table etc. for the teenagers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. It was perfect. Room is beautiful. View is perfect. Beach and pool are amazing. Water park is super fun for families. And the staff is AMAZINg!!! Highly recommended for families or couples simply looking for some resort-life relaxation.

We mostly ate at the large restaurant which runs a buffet and found the quality and variety of food was very good and there is clear information on allergens and staff are well informed on this.
The poolside and beach areas are lovely and well kept and the hotel felt very clean.
