Mrs Chryssana Beach Hotel - Chania

We had a great time in the hotel, the staff is super friendly and so helpful - REALY THANK YOU ALL!!! you made our vacation super good and every reccomendation was right on the spot. The location is perfect, on the beach in the west side of the island where all the MUST GO beaches are, and still quite and bit isolated to enjouy a relaxing vacation. The pool side is very beautiful and Nicolas the barman will make sure to give you a good time chilling and enjoy a good cocktail in the warm sun. The downside is the room itself that is not realy nice, bit old-fashion without really considering the comfort of the guests - thats too bad and we hope that you will re-design the rooms to give a full perfect vacation to your guests, it will definitly upgrade your entire hotel user experience. Also the food was very BASIC on breakfast & dinner, but not a disaster. Overall I do reccomand the hotel for people who mostly care about service and location and don't mind compromising a bit on the details. Beautiful mini resort. The food is amazing, the chef is great. The pool is a decent size, and the spa treatment is also really nice. The rooms are clean and of decent size. Really enjoyed my stay there and would go back for sure.

I had the best time ever in Ms Chryssana. Quiet hotel, such a nice, helpful and polite staff. We needed t o be away from the touristic places and Ms CHryssana is the perfect location in Kolymbari. Thank you to Sophia and Emmanuel and the staff. You are the best !!!!

The best hotel I have been to. Thank you so much Sofia, Niko, Manoli and kyrios Manolis, Ioanna and Krasi for this beautiful experience. We will never forget your warm and professional attitude. Very clean and with beautiful view rooms in a beautiful location and the food was great.

Quite hotel very close to the sea. Good option if you want to relax. Nice swimming pool, very helpful and available staff. Services of the hotel are ok. Close to the hotel there are bus stops for Chania and other locations. The beach near the hotel is not nice (most days it was not practicable at all due to waves) , but if you have a car, there are several other options around.

This hotel is overrated. The rooms are small and the food is of very low quality. It's only saving grace is that the staff does try to do the best with what little is available to them. For what it offers I found it to be quite expensive.

The staff was great. If its your first stop you have to adjust to the minimalism meets luxury and minimal all at once. It's an adjustment. Nothing a few extra linens can't sort out. You can spend your time poolside or on the water. It's more of a textured rubber sole pool shoe than a leather bottom, not that you couldn't... It's an easy rest before or after, but don't miss out on booking a few hotels to really see more. We stay in a different hotel every night and this one twice. It busy but we get so much out of it.

Great hospitality and very nice Hotel Crew. You can feel appreciated every minute staying there. Cleaned and well maintained hotel rooms. Delicious breakfast and nice variety of different dishes being served during the dinner. Lovely surroundings, quite, very close to the see. No overcrowded places located 42 km far from Chania. I definitely recommend ? this hotel and eager to come over next summer break.
