Ευχαριστώ πολύ την Μαρία,αλλά κ την διπλανή της συνάδελφο Νατάσα κορίτσια πραγματικά είστε πολύ καλές! Fast service .. Courtesy at 1000% with a smile only! M	Maria Varnali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη τράπεζα. Ανοίγω μαγαζί και μου λένε πρέπει να φτιάξετε λογαριασμό όψεως. Ωραία φτιαχτέ μου έναν. Μετά από 3 χρόνια ανακαλύπτουν πως μου έφτιαξε κοινό λογαριασμό και όχι επαγγελματικό. Ξαναπάω να τον φτιάχνουμε, ευτυχώς χωρίς να έχω φάει κάνα πρόστιμο που 3 χρόνια είχα απλό λογαριασμό. Σε άλλη φάση πάω να ζητήσω e- pos για το e-shop μου, φτιάνω όλα τα χαρτιά που χρειάζεται, περισσότερα και από δημόσιο, μου λέει η υπάλληλος, σε μια βδομάδα θα έχετε τον e-pos. Περνάει μια βδομάδα και με καλεί να μου πει ότι τα στοιχειά δεν είναι σωστά από δικό τους λάθος πρέπει να ξαναπάω. Πάω τα ξαναφιτιάχνουμε, ξαναπροωθεί το αίτημα, σε λιγότερο μου λέει η υπάλληλος θα το βάλω στα υπέρ επείγοντα. Περνάνε 2 εβδομάδες και το μόνο που μου λένε είναι πως το αίτημα μου είναι προς υλοποίηση.... Έχω έτοιμο στημένο e-shop και δε μπορώ να το ανοίξω γιατί δεν έχω e-pos για ηλεκτρονικές πληρωμές. Ποιος με αποζημιώνει για διαφεύγοντα κέρδη; The worst bank. I open a shop and they tell me you have to create a checking account. Nice make me one. G	George Blatsios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aπαραδεκτη τράπεζα σε όλα για να κλείσω ραντεβού μου είπαν να στείλω mail λοιπόν το έκανα μου έστειλαν απάντηση ότι την επόμενη εργάσιμη θα με πάρουν να κλείσουμε ραντεβού. Ποτέ δεν έγινε αυτό ύστερα από τρεις μέρες τους παίρνω εγώ τηλέφωνο να κλείσουμε ραντεβού και η απάντηση στείλτε mail τους εξηγώ ότι το έκανα ήδη και ότι κανένας δεν με πήρε τηλέφωνο ύστερα από τρεις μέρες. Η απάντηση ήταν την δεύτερη φορά που τηλεφώνησα θα σας πάρουμε εμείς για ραντεβού . Ακόμα με παίρνουν !!!! Μακριά από αυτό το κατάστημα δεν ξέρω τι γίνεται στα άλλα σε αυτό οι υπάλληλοι είναι τουλάχιστον ακατάλληλοι. Αν μπορούσα να βάλω μηδέν αστέρια 0 αστέρια θα εβαζα . Καλύτερα να τα κλείσουν τέτοια καταστήματα δεν χρειάζονται πραγματικά τσάμπα μισθούς τους πληρώνουν. The answer was the second time I called we will pick you up for an appointment. They still take me !!!! Away from this store I do not know what happens to the others in it the employees are at least unsuitable. If I could put zero stars I would put 0 stars. Better to close such stores do not really need a bunch of salaries they pay.

Η κα Γαλάνη πάντα με το χαμόγελο με βοήθησε σε ό,τι χρειαζόμουν! Kind staff, willing to serve! I made an appointment by phone without any delay! Mrs. Galani always helped me with everything with a smile!

I tried to open a new account because I am working for a big company who employing foreigners (French) they provided me all the documents needed for an opening. The banker didn’t believe me about my OFFICIALS PAPERS and she tried to call my employer to see if I’m not a liar !!! I just ran away from there ! It’s my WORST experience in a bank and it’s a shame to not trust futur/potential clients ! Be sure that I will not be one of yours and i not recommending this bank at anybody !!!
