★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φοβερά αδιάφοροι υπάλληλοι δεν βοηθούσαν καθόλου η ουρά στο μηχάνημα ήταν ατελείωτη και αυτοί συνέχιζαν να χαριεντίζονται μεταξύ τους ενώ έξω συνωστίζονταν κόσμος δεν Κοίταγα να ανοίξουν την πόρτα με αποτέλεσμα να δήθεν να περάσει η ώρα και δεν έβαζαν τον κόσμο μέσα απαράδεκτη τράπεζα
Terribly indifferent employees did not help at all, the queue at the machine was endless and they continued to quarrel with each other while people were crowded outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά και έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού! Οι μεγαλύτεροι συνάνθρωποι μας χρειάζονται βοήθεια και είναι το λιγότερο απάνθρωπο να τους συμπεριφέρονται κάποιοι υπάλληλοι της τράπεζας σαν σκουπίδια και να αρνούνται επιδεικτικά να τους βοηθήσουν!
Unacceptable behavior and lack of professionalism! Our older fellow human beings need help and it is the least inhumane for some bank employees to treat them like rubbish and ostentatiously refuse to help them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λόγω καραντίνας δεν μπορούσα να επισκεφτώ το κατάστημα για μια υπόθεση, αλλά εξυπηρετήθηκα τηλεφωνικά και με mail από ευγενέστατη υπάλληλο.
Due to quarantine I could not visit the store for a case, but I was served by phone and mail by a very kind employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traveled 5000 miles and attempted to enter the bank but their lack of technology did not let me in. I’m fully vaccinated but they DO NOT recognize the US QR code.
*** All US citizens, be aware ***
After spending thousands of dollars for my trip I have to go back empty handed.
The staff in this branch and especially that lady at the door are very rude and ***unprofessional***.
I am not used to this kind of service hence my frustration.
