★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απίστευτη ταλαιπωρία !! Αγενέστατη προς εμένα η διευθύντρια κα.Κολλιοπούλου και απάνθρωπη η συμπεριφορά της προς τον 95χρονο πατέρα μου, που αντιμετωπίζει σοβαρά κινητικά προβλήματα. Μας ανάγκασαν να πάμε στο υποκατάστημα 2 φορές ( είχαμε κλείσαμε & ραντεβού) χωρίς βέβαια να μας εκδώσουν την χρεωστική κάρτα στο όνομά του. Ευγενέστατος ο ταμίας που μας εξυπηρέτησε και η κοπέλα στην υποδοχή.
 Unbelievable suffering !! The director Mrs. Kolliopoulou is very rude to me and her behavior towards my 95-year-old father, who is facing serious mobility problems. They forced us to go to the branch twice (we had an appointment) without of course issuing us the debit card in his name. The noble cashier who served us and the girl at the reception were very kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση από τα γραφεία στην εξυπηρέτηση ιδιωτών.(όχι από τα ταμεία ) . Δεν θέλουν να σε εξυπηρετήσουν αλλά σε ταλαιπωρούν για οποιαδήποτε υπηρησια.
Unacceptable service from the offices to the service of individuals (not from the cash registers). They do not want to serve you but bother you for any service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μην αφηνεται πολλα λεφτα μεσα σε αυτη την τραπεζα.Προσφατα μου χακαραν την καρτα και εκαναν αγορες.Για αποζημιωση μετα την αμφισβητηση συναλλαγων που εκανα ουτε λογος.Καμια ασφαλεια.Ιδια περιπτωση φιλου πριν κατι μηνες σε αλλη τραπεζα και τον αποζημιωσαν με το παραπανω.
Do not leave a lot of money in this bank. Recently they hacked my card and made purchases. For compensation after disputing transactions that I did not say a word. No insurance. Same case of a friend a few months ago in another bank and they compensated him with the above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από της χειρότερες τράπεζες που έχω πάει είχα Rapid test και δεν με άφηναν να μπω η άλλη ήθελε να με σκανάρει μέσα από το τζάμι ούτε καν που μου άνοιξε να μπω Απαράδεκτοι μην ξεχνάτε ότι έχουμε τα λεφτά μας και δεν μπορείτε να μας λέτε να μην μπούμε
One of the worst banks I have ever been to, I had a Rapid test and they would not let me in. The other one wanted to scan me through the window.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση. Για να ανοίξεις ένα λογαριασμό μισθοδοσίας πρέπει να περιμένεις μία εβδομάδα για το ραντεβού που σου κλείνουν και όταν φτάνει η ώρα δεν βρίσκουν το ραντεβού και στο τέλος δεν σε εξυπηρετούν και σου λένε να το κάνεις μόνος σου στο internet. Τα φυσικά καταστήματα τα κρατάτε για να εξυπηρετείτε τον κόσμο, αν δεν μπορούν οι υπάλληλοί σας κλείστε τα να μην χάνουμε και εμείς τον χρόνο μας.
Unacceptable service. To open a payroll account you have to wait a week for the appointment they make for you and when the time comes they do not find the appointment and in the end they do not serve you and tell you to do it yourself on the internet. You keep the physical stores to serve the people, if your employees can not close them so that we do not waste our time.
