Πάω σε ένα γραφείο να ρωτήσω και καθώς αρχίζω να μιλάω, σηκώνεται και πάει σε δίπλα γραφείο και κάθεται με τη δίπλα υπάλληλο και μιλάνε. Πλησιάζω και διακόπτω ευγενικά την ίδια υπάλληλο (που πλέον καθόταν δίπλα από την υποδιευθύντρια) ποιά είναι η διαδικασία και μου είπε πως δε γνωρίζει καθόλου και να ρωτήσω στο ταμείο. Πήγα στην ταμία και της είπα πως θέλω να καταθέσω τα χρήματα του κουμπαρά σε λογαριασμό. Η ταμίας μου είπε πως το κλειδί το έχει η υποδιευθύντρια (άδειο χωρίς πελάτες υποκατάστημα και η υποδιευθύντρια άκουγε από την αρχή ότι γινόταν). Πήγα στην υποδιευθύντρια η οποία την ώρα που της ανακοίνωσα τι θέλω, μου απάντησε "να περιμένετε κύριε" απότομα και με ύφος. Σηκώθηκε, έφυγε από τον χώρο και έλειψε ένα 5λεπτο. Γύρισε στο γραφείο της και άρχισε να ανακατεύει κάτι χαρτιά. Πριν της μιλήσω εγώ, ήρθε η ταμίας -που με είχε στείλει- για μια υπογραφή και της είπε τον λόγο που περίμενα μπροστά της. Της είπε με το ίδιο ύφος "του είπα να περιμένει" και μετα από ένα λεπτό άνοιξε το συρτάρι, έβγαλε ένα κουτί με κλειδιά και μου άνοιξε τον κουμπαρά. Περίμενα 10 λεπτά για μια δουλειά 10 δευτερολέπτων. Καθώς πήγαινα προς το ταμείο, αποφάσισε να μου πει ότι εκεί δεν έχουν μετρητή για κέρματα και δεν το κάνουν αυτό. Της είπα ότι έχει μόνο €2 μέσα και μπορώ να τα βάλω σε δεκάδες να τους το κάνω εύκολο. Μου απάντησε όχι, ότι αυτό γίνεται μόνο στο κατάστημα Αργυρούπολης. Ρωτάω σε ποιό; Αυτό δίπλα από το Πλαίσιο; Και μου λέει ναι. Χωρίς ύφος, τη ρώτησα γιατί δε ξεκίνησαν με αυτή την πληροφορία 15 λεπτά πριν να μη χάσω τον χρόνο μου για να πάρω την απάντηση "που να ξέρουμε κύριέ μου; μπορεί να είχατε και άλλη δουλειά." Πάω σε αυτό δίπλα από το Πλαίσιο, στη Μαρίνου Γερουλάνου (με ανοιγμένο πλέον κουμπαρά) και αφού έρχεται η σειρά μου στο ταμείο, μου λέει η ταμίας πως δεν έχουν εκείνοι μετρητή για κέρματα αλλά το άλλο κατάστημα στην Αργυρούπολη, στην Κύπρου 90. Της προτείνω να της τα δώσω σε δεκάδες γιατί έρχομαι από τον Άλιμο για να μην τρέχω πάλι και αρνήθηκε ευγενικά. Πάω στην Κύπρου 90 και ψιλοεξηγώ στην ταμία τι έχω περάσει. Ήξερε ακριβώς για τι πράγμα της λέω, ήρθε και ο διευθυντής και μου έλεγε ότι 10 λεπτά πριν από εμένα, είχαν στείλει έγγυο γυναίκα από το άλλο κατάστημα γιατί κάποιοι βαριούνται να κάνουν τη δουλειά τους. Σε 5 λεπτά είχα φύγει κιόλας! Όλα αυτά έγιναν σήμερα, 18 Απριλίου 2019 και οι τρεις τράπεζες ήταν άδειες από πελάτες. Σε κάθε μία είχε απλά έναν άνθρωπο πριν από μένα. Στο πρώτο η εξυπηρέτηση είναι απαράδεκτη. Πρέπει να ήταν του ταχυδρομικού ταμιευτηρίου και το βλέπουν ως δυσμενή μετάθεση που πρέπει να δουλέψουν. Δεν εξηγείται διαφορετικά. Μακάρι κάποια στιγμή να έρθουν οι γερμανικές και οι αγγλικές και οι αμερικανικές να κάνουμε την δουλειά μας. Unskilled, Unacceptably classic as in all Greek banks that are considered private companies but in fact behave like a public one.
