★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θα ήταν χρήσιμο να βάλετε μία δεύτερη τηλεφωνική γραμμή. Δεν μπορώ να επικοινωνήσω τηλεφωνικά με το κατάστημα εδώ και μία ώρα. το Europhone banking δεν μπορεί να εξηπηρετήσει πάντα. Σε στέλνει στο κατάστημα και το κατάστημα δεν απαντάει. Απαράδεκτο για μία τράπεζα όπως η Eurobank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το προσωπικό απαράδεκτο, ένα ταμείο για πόσους πελάτες. Να αναγκάζει τους ηλικιωμένους να κάνουν τις καταθέσεις στο ηλεκτρονικό μηχάνημα και να λένε με ύφος ότι σε λίγο καιρό δεν θα υπάρχει καθόλου ταμείο. Να περνάνε ότι να ναι στο ταμείο και να μην δίνουν βάση στην προτεραιότητα και όλοι οι υπόλοιποι εργαζόμενοι να γυρίζουν γύρω γύρω χωρις λόγο. Μην πω και τον διευθυντή εδώ που δεν κάνει κάτι να βοηθήσει αφού βλέπει ότι περιμένουμε πάνω από δύο ώρες για κατάθεση. Και όταν τους λες ότι βάλτε ένα ταμείο να μου λέει η υπάλληλος, στην Alpha bank δεν έχουν καθόλου ταμεία. Το προσωπικό της τράπεζας είναι ο λόγος να πάω σε άλλη τράπεζα. Και αν δεν ήθελα ταμεία θα πήγαινα στην Alphabank πράγμα που το βλέπω πιθανό με τέτοιο απαράδεκτο πρόσωπικο της Eurobank εδώ.
